Morning Cabana

Cabanas were a little dirty with leaves needed to be blown out. Otherwise a nice property.

Day Pass

For a resort pass, this was far from a resort. Zero staff, zero bar, zero music, only a handful of lounge chairs, some broke. Construction in the background.

Day Pass

i think pool could of been a little cleaner , more circulation going on would of helped. Maybe more outside help at the outside bar/food place but what was there was out standing

Afternoon Cabana

We had a nice Father's Day at the pool. Enjoyed the cabana and the complementary fruit was delicious!

Morning Cabana

Nice service- the pool is in need of a deck resurfacing desperately - once you could get in the water it was wonderful- take water shoes or wear your flip flops to the edge

Morning Cabana

Overall not a good experience for the price. Other than the front desk associate, none of the staff had knowledge of Resort Pass and could not assist me. One of the associates was unaware of the parking lot located adjacent to the pool, and led me astray. The bartender had excellent customer service, but was swamped as he was working solo. I paid $12+ for 2 cups of diet coke; yes 2 cups ($5. each + tip) not a can or bottle. They did not have enough of the 'high end' water, so I received 1/4 of the ' regular water. Although the cabana was nice, I was the only rental; the hotel guests were using the other cabanas without paying. I would have preferred the day pass, but RP indicated unavailable, not sure why, as I was the only RP guest that day. The pool and fitness center were lovely. The fitness center locker rooms and restrooms were under construction so there was no shower and changing room available; I had to back/forth to the one person facility at the pool, not ideal after a workout and day at the pool. Although I appreciate the idea of RP, this particular one, the cabana, I could not recommend at this time, it just wasn't worth the cost. I would suggest the Hilton educate the staff on the RP service, so the guests feel welcome. Thank you.

Morning Cabana

Not a great experience, especially for the price. Other than the front desk staff, no one was familiar with Resort Pass and where I go, what to do etc. One staff did not know there was a parking lot by the pool and led me astray. The bartender, although very pleasant, was extremely busy (just himself) ran out of the 'quality' water so I received 1/4 'regular' bottled water. Hotel guests that did not book a cabana were using them (not sure why this extra fee. ) I had to pay $10. , plus tip for two ($5 each) cups of diet coke, yes a cup, not a bottle or can. The locker rooms/restrooms at the fitness facility were under construction, so there was no where to shower, and I had to return to the pool (one person only) restroom to change and such. The pool itself and the fitness center were both lovely. I would have preferred just a one-day pass but it was logged as unavailable, not sure why, as I was the only Resort Pass guest that day.

Spa Pass + Pool Access

The men’s sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was filthy. They do have a great indoor/outdoor gym.
