Resort was great! However, the poolside food and bar was closed. The hot tub was not functioning.

The staff is lovely. Everybody I encountered was helpful and friendly. The physical space was very average. The pool and dressing area is old and very minimal. No soap in the shower was aggravating! The day was very relaxing even though the physical space was not impressive.

staff is super helpful, friendly and efficient. Pool outside is older but well kept. Had staff at bar and walking around to take food and drink orders. towels provided too! Beautiful view of the golf course. indoor pool was open, but we did not use. Changing area/locker rooms were tiny and old. need update. otherwise, great pool

It was a great time! Literally everything was as advertised. They don’t have a locker room for the outdoor pool so that was the only downside.

My daughter and I had a great time using the outdoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort! The view from the pool deck is beautiful and the staff kept the busy area clean. The locker room/changing area is connected to the indoor pool. This changing space is quite small. This was our first time using ResortPass. The resort staff at the front desk checked us in and got us on our way to the pool without issue. Thanks!

Day Pass

It was a very mixed bag. The staff were great, inside the hotel was beautiful for pass checkin (we saw people being welcomed to the hotel with a gold drinks cart and champagne). Parking was easy. The pool was very nice (water temperature was perfect) and the staff there at the bar were too. And not their fault, the wasps or bees were insane! They managed it as well as they could. When the weather turned, we decided to go to the indoor pool area. Water temp great. The hot tub looked moldy at the fixtures and grout. I didn’t want to look too closely at the pool after that. I went into the shower room and it was grosssssss. It hadn’t been cleaned. There was half a bathing suit draped on the grimy shower curtain, the shower was clearly dirty, there was trash on the floor. Now, it had rusty lockers, which - ok. But at least that could have been cleaned. I didn’t complain because this is obviously a long term problem (based on the mold and state of repair). It felt like 2 totally different experiences. It was so strange. If you stick to the outdoor experience it was very nice.

Very nice day. Would definitely do it again. The check in process and access to amenities was quick and streamlined. The bees at the pool were troublesome but employees made every effort to help. Pablo was awesome.
