Relâche Spa & Pool Day Pass

This was unequivocally the best experience I have ever had on a Resort Pass! So many hot tubs. The lazy river was EVERYTHING!

Relâche Spa Pass

The spa and facilities were wonderful, as are the staff! Last time I was here, they had snacks available. This time, they were not available and the explanation was that an expected package had not arrived the previous day. It did not arrive that day either, as no snacks were out when I left near closing time. For a resort of this caliber and price range, I believe they should have a few days’ supply of their banana chips and trail mix on hand. If they ran out, a light refreshment could have been sourced from elsewhere. The electrolyte water was lovely, as was the selection of teas. It would be a nice addition to offer honey as sweetener, as the only option was sugar packets. Next time I will remember to bring some. The blankets in the lounge area have been downgraded from nice, thick woven blankets to thin, cheaper-feeling ones. The lounge is amazing, with an electric fireplace and many sofas with privacy curtains and salt lamps. I had a better experience last May. However, it was still a great place to refresh myself and spend the day on a long layover. They have wonderful showers, a steam room, and a cold rain shower next to the steam room for contrast therapy. A comfortable robe and waterproof slippers are provided upon arrival, as well as a spacious locker you set to your individual code. It is so nice to have a secure place for your belongings! There are even hangers for your clothing. The environment is extremely relaxing. The employees are so sweet and great at their jobs! They will provide a tour on your first visit and check on you multiple times throughout your stay. All the toiletries you could need are conveniently available, and they also provide extras upon request (such as a toothbrush). I used the steam room to steam my linen dress before heading out, and it removed all the wrinkles immediately. Overall, I enjoy the spa immensely and plan on returning about every six months when I have long layovers in Denver.

Relâche Spa & Pool Day Pass

It was an enjoyable experience, from the facial and massage to sunbathing by the lazy river. My one complaint is that the attendants take food and drink orders all disappeared for a "meeting" and wouldn't take orders. I feel you need more attendants and that they should be available at all times.

Relâche Spa & Pool Day Pass

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff at Gaylord was so kind and helpful. The spa staff gave a lovely tour of the facilities, the pool staff were so attentive and even went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a birthday. The amenities are gorgeous. The resort day pass is so worth the money.

Relâche Spa & Pool Day Pass

Great staycation spot! The food and drink service was a little rough at the pools just not enough servers I think. But you can go order at the poolside bar counter. Food and drinks are good! We also did massages and the spa is absolutely incredible!!! Highly recommend!

Relâche Spa & Pool Day Pass

Gaylord is a beautiful, clean, massive resort. Spa service and amenities are fabulous. The pool was clean and spacious. Service was great all day. Only complaint was the lazy river was closed till further notice, which we didn't know about till we were walking into the pool. We were really looking forward to just sipping and chilling in the river all day. Since the river was closed, they closed all the seating around the river which packed everyone around the pool. It was a great day just unfortunate our main reason for going to the Gaylord was closed, we could have gone anywhere to sit next to the pool.
