Day Pass

The dj was ok, kept playing mowtown music mostly. Could have switched it up for a younger crowd. It was too packed with kids!!!! They took over the pool! We purchased a day pass and the flyer said we get a free complimentary drink, which was denied to us at the bar. Not sure if we will come back.

Day Pass

The gym is great, but I had an awkward encounter with the hotel staff. Initially, I purchased a day pass to access the gym. However, the manager informed me that I would only have pool access. After some time, I clarified that I had intended to use the ResortPass, which included gym access. He then realized that he had misunderstood my request and had mistakenly interpreted it as a day room reservation instead of a day pass. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I’m not sure how often this type of misunderstanding occurs.

Day Pass

It wasn’t quite what I was looking for. There were no servers and I had to call the front desk to get food. It was not the prettiest pool or area either. The woman that ended up delivering my food was lovely. I left after two hours because the sun went behind a building and I was freezing.

Day Pass

I purchased a day pass for a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised with the stay. I was debating this pool pretty heavily based on the mixed reviews, but it was walking distance from my apartment which was the overall selling point for me. The pool wasn’t too busy. We arrived at around 1:30 and there were plenty of chairs. However, due to the surrounding buildings, we hardly saw the sun. The pool was heated though and there was a large hot tub so that definitely made up for the lack of sun! The pool was 3ft shallow across and a little dirty with dirt floating on the surface, but it was tolerable. We did not get pool service, but plenty of people around us did and it looked pretty convenient with barcodes to order at the poolside.

Day Pass

Although this is a intimate sized pool, it was very dirty; the pool needed to be cleaned on the bottom and there was lot of hair floating in the water.

Day Pass

My friend and I arrived early since we visited over a holiday weekend. The pool was being cleaned when we arrived but the surrounding area was clean and orderly. We appreciated that the pool area was never overcrowded, although it did fill up, and there was food and drink service at the pool. The server for our area was not overly friendly or attentive. We waived down a manager to ask if there was service at the pool and she said the gal with her could take our order, but then without saying anything else, they both walked away. The server eventually came back and took our order. She seemed young, a little overwhelmed and not overly friendly. Like others have posted, they did not give us the 15% off on the food and drink we ordered. The pool area itself is located between 2 tall buildings so it only gets sun for a couple of hours mid day. That was OK for me, although it got a little cold so I just hoped in the jacuzzi. Not the best if you want to sun bathe. But the price $33 was affordable and I would go again since the experience was overall pleasant.

Day Pass

It was disappointing that there was no service at the pool so we needed to go to the rooftop bar to order anything. The bartender didn’t know about the 15% discount (we asked) so we just paid full price for our drinks and appetizers.

Day Pass

Loved how easy it was to just walk into the hotel, grab a pool key, and spend my PTO relaxing by a sunny pool. Great business model! Will definitely be using again

Day Pass

The pool was beautiful the whole rooftop was very nice but there is very minutes sunlight. There is a large apartment complex on the side opposite the hotel. The sun was out from around 10-3 so very limited window for a day pass.
