Staff gave 5 star service, and sugar beats was adorable near pool for breakfast or lunch. Nice lounge music at pool and a cute area for kids play games too. Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was there was no separate adults only area, not that it was bad, but it would have been nice to have separate areas. 

Beautiful resort on the beach!

Such a beautiful day by the pool and steps away from the beach. There are bike rentals and also free resort goodies to access - boogie boards, surf boards, yard games, etc. Great food as well! 

Great location just steps from the beach!

We had a wonderful time at the property for the day and enjoying dinner  celebrating our anniversary. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, we look forward to to going back! 

Such a great experience

It was a foggy Friday which is completely out of their control however the employees assigned to Dive, who are supposed to be serving the clients in the pool and jacuzzi area were nowhere to be found. When we did find someone that worked at Dive and the pool area they put more effort in avoiding us instead of asking if we wanted to order food or a drink. We were never given a menu. Due to the weather, there were only 20 people at the pool that day and they were not busy. Another woman in the pool flagged someone down as they were walking by and asked if there was someone taking orders and his answer was there should be someone by the pool taking orders and never came back to verify someone came to help us. When we realized no employee was coming back to help us we walked over to Dive ourselves and were told we have to wait for 15 minutes until someone got back from their break. Zero customer service. Major disappointment for such a beautiful location. 

Foggy Friday with confused, untrained employees 

This resort was a nice enough daycation to spend with a friend. You have to pay for parking, food and drinks are pricey, but service was very attentive, and it was clean. Its fun for what it is, and with the right company, would make a fun pool day. 

Nice pool, large hot tub

Loved it! 

Nice place to sit poolside and also have beach access. Lara, the pool attendant was welcoming, kind and helpful. You can bring drinks and food poolside from the restaurant or bar. It was a nice way to spend a day when staying with family while on vacation. 

Nice resort and staff

Zachary Dunes was an easy win for me and my kids. We had hours of fun in the pool and jacuzzi, the food and drinks were delicious, and warm towels were constantly available. We will definitely return.

Great Time.

This was a spur of the moment day Quetion and it was awesome! This resort is beautiful and the staff is great and the food is amazing! And the beach is just steps away.

Fun place! 

My family and I rented a cabana for the day and had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and beach. The pool was nice and warm and we had it almost to ourselves on the weekday we went. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and lovely fruit plate and were also able to order drinks and lunch poolside. We will return again in the future!
