Me and my girl friends rented a cabana for the day and we had the best time! Staff was very friendly. Pool was GORGEOUS. All the amenities were great. We will definitely be doing this again! 

Great staycation 

The hotel after much prodding agreed to refund my day pass due to sudden rainstorm onset however resort pass has not honored this and I paid for a service I didn't receive. Further I did look into reviews at this location and I found very bad reviews about this hotel everything from overcharging to refusal of refunds to customers to lack of service so I wont be coming in the future to this location

Bad service with Resort Pass 

frig was not stocked as advertised and was harassed to pay for parking even though we tried to tell them that it was included in the few. 

very disappointing

We loved every second of our day. The cabana was well stocked and clean. Jason our server was amazing and very attentive. The location is gorgeous! We were charged $10 for valet. It was suppose to be covered. 

Best day ever!

We had a wonderful day enjoying the pool at the Waldorf. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our time in a cabana. 

Great resort 

Had a great pool day at The WA. Was greeted at the front door and escorted to the pool area and taken care of immediately. The fruit and veggie tray was fresh and delicious. Drinks were very tasty as well including a fresh lemonade. Menu items were tasty and hot. Pool was very warm and hot tub was hot- PERFECT! Only prob was I had to switch cabanas a few times because one tv wouldnt change channels and the other had black stripes. 
The cabanas could use some updating but we barely spent time inside anyway. 
Food/drink service stopped at 4pm. 
Valet parking is discounted to $10.
Staff is very friendly and professional. 
Resort is beautiful with a magical view of the sunset.

The view and scenery were amazing! The service was so great! Such a great thanksgiving day! 

Perfect Day!

The views are worth the booking alone! Stunning hotel with two great pools. Cabana was not fully stocked upon arrival but the situation was quickly remedied. Valet parking is not included but is discounted. Overall a great experience! Would definitely book cabana again!

Beautiful views

The staff were so great and attentive. My friend and I had a lovely time enjoying the great scenery and weather! We cant wait to come back
