W New Orleans - French Quarter

Food was fantastic!  We enjoyed our day, however, the pool area could have been cleaner.  Unique building with a lovely courtyard.  It would be nice if the hotel had a separate bathroom for pool guests.  It felt akward using the restarant bathrooms to change.

Great Location

The location was perfect right in the French quarter! The view of the court yard and pool was breathtaking! I needed to kill time before my late after flight home and being able to enjoy the sun pool side with a heated pool at that was perfection! The staff at The W was friendly and helpful! The food was great! And the easy accessibility with using Resortpass to book a relaxing day made for the great best way o end my trip!! Will be using Resortpass again, and if I ever visit Nola again will definitely go back to The W Hotel! 

Great location 

Great location, one cabana. Beautiful but small pool, Mostly in the shade by noon. No poolside service, and we asked a few times and they kept saying someone would come out. 

Check in was a breeze, they took care of parking in no time. We came in just in time for brunch on a 90º day. Cory who took care of us superbly by the pool and made sure we had plenty of ice water throughout the day, in addition to food and drinks. The pool is situated in a quiet and cute courtyard with plenty of sun and shade as you like. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous Pool Day for a Hot summer day

Nice pool in a great location but it was pretty small and there was not enough shaded areas. It did mean it was not packed though. 

Easy getaway 

This was easy & quick to set up and I would absolutely use it again! The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating!

Great day

We had about 6 hours to kill between checking out of our airbnb and going to the airport so this was a good option, but only because the other nearby places were full. There was only 1 shaded spot that was taken, the restaurant was closed because it was monday so we didnt stay long.

Decent spot, wish there were more umbrellas

This was the cutest little pool. It was perfect for our group. 

As other reviewers noted, the pool area is on the smaller side. Unfortunately, it quickly filled up with a large group of entitled white men and we were confined to the courtyard area. We waited it out until they left, and pool area was trashed. Maybe this was more of an exceptional experience, but feels important to share. Getting food and drinks was also a bit of a pain. No showers and limited to changing in small 2 stall bathroom. Overall, tried to make it work since we had late flight, but definitely would not return.  

Small pool area, kinda dirty, and full of bros 

The W pool was a nice afternoon treat before heading to the airport. We were exhausted from our trip and needed a place to hang out so that we didn't have to do any more walking, and be able to set our bags down. The pool area was much smaller than the photo. There were not many people which was nice. The water was as warm as the air and not refreshing, and the pool was not clean (bandaids and twigs at the bottom). We had the perception that food and drink service was available at the pool, however you had to go into the hotels up scale restaurant to order things. They did provide towels which was nice. After we were done, there was only a shared bathroom to use to get changed.
