Very friendly nice pool area not very much going on

It was ok for my first trial run

Very disappointed in what I paid for. The pool area does not even look like the picture on the site just plan false advertisement. My friends were highly disappointed thought we were going to spend a beautiful day with a little girl time and we got just straight trash. Not even the seating a the pool look like the the picture. Also the outdoor bar wasnt even open just nothing. Please take this off of your site for a day pass not worth the $25 plus tax I was charged. Do better with showing actual pictures of what the pool areas look like. I want my money back for this.

No No and No

The hotel itself isnt bad the pool isnt terrible its just not like the pictures that were present on the website. It was missing the tables that were shown the cabanas that were picture. The bar closed and open all of 30mins. This just wasnt what I was expecting at all im highly disappointed. 

Fooled Me once 

Walked in and walked out the hotel had no idea they were part of the Resort pass program! However, told us to go up to the pool when we got there the entire area was in disarray and the tables were dirty not at all appealing and not any cushions were on the lounge chairs. The picture doesnt look like the advertisement. I was thoroughly disappointed as I was excited to go relax at the pool but it didnt happen.
