Two children were playing and one threw up in the pool. They closed it and shocked it. They allowed ppl back in 30min later which does not seem sanitary. We left and got a refund. 

Overcrowded + Pool needed to be shocked

Terrible service, pool is entirely way too small, short staffed. Nobody ask walks around to ask if you want water or anything. I asked the man ay the bar may I have a Lemon Drop martini he  said no like excuse me?!

Poor service 

Really gorgeous rooftop & pool and the staff was lovely and as helpful as they could be - but there were large areas that had no shade at all because there weren't enough umbrellas. Unfortunately for me, all of the shaded lounge chairs were already occupied which surprised me since I arrived a few minutes early ahead of my allotted time slot - perhaps those people made a booking for the whole day in order to snag a shaded area? Sadly for me, that meant I was seated in full sun and therefore wasn't able to stay for the whole duration of my booking - it was just unbearable to be without shade on such a hot day and I could only stand it for a couple of hours. As such, it wasn't worth the money for me but I think that getting a cabana (which are naturally shaded) with a group of people is probably a better move should there be a next time. 

Beautiful pool, not enough umbrellas

Nice pool, little crowded, but its a rooftop pool in the city when its 95 degrees so I guess that makes sense

Great rooftop pool

The staff was very welcoming and nice when I entered. I was never asked if I wanted to order anything :( also the pool is not 21+ so there were a lot of kids which I did not like

This hotel and pool exceeded my expectations! The resort was absolutely beautiful and the cabana we had was amazing! I love that we were able to hang for hours and order everything on the menu! The Pina Colada was the best we've ever had! The pool and resort itself was immaculate!! Will definitely be coming back and getting another Cabana resort pass at Virgin!! Best hotel in NYC! 

Amazing Birthday Celebration !!

I loved this pool ! Location was beautiful, staff was great and if your hungry the smash burger was out of this world!

Only minus is that the pool was not heated as advertised.

Great location, very organized, clean

Yesterday I had the chance to spend a great afternoon at the pool of the Virgin Hotel. It was such a great experience, the facilities are super clean and the staff is just so welcoming yet professional.Great drinks selection, and the view is just to die for. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend some quality time in the middle of the city but with such an elegant and holidays vibe
