Soooo I travel PS over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my birthday just a week prior. My bestie and I saw the pool party going on at the V hotel and decided to get a cabanas. After following step by step instructions from the front desk as to how to purchase a cabana I came to find out that the host of the pool party was a private party and they used a completely different platform for booking and there was no cabanas available. So I received no service, no cabana, but despite these facts I still had a great time with my besties company. Now the aftermath is hellacious. The hotel stays they have nothing to do with it, resort pass does not take phone calls, and I have a claims with bank which can take up to 10-12 business days. This experience has been a very unpleasant one. I feel that if ducks were in a row this would not have happened and I get PS is a sleepier mellow city, but that does not means service goes out he window.

Relaxing

I had the entire pool to myself for most the day. It was super peaceful and relaxing. The gals that work at the restaurant/bar are super cool too - great service! 

Very nice! 

Great news place but DJ was playing music that is more a party vibe, and not chill vibe. Other than that, it was nice.

V Palm Springs 

This was my  first time using Resort Pass. I would highly recommend this hotel. We took our own food & drinks poolside so no need to spend extra money while laying by the pool. We had the pool almost to ourselves. The nice little surprise was the ice machine that we could access. One thing that could have been better was the  floaties that they had there some were flat and they were just left laying around & in the pool. But I would say for the price it was everything we could have wanted.

Daycation 

We bought a day pass to use the pool since the weather in Carlsbad was not as nice. Very expensive and the music was way too loud for the small number of people at the pool. We stayed for 3 hours. Would have liked to stay a little longer but we had enough of the music.

The staff was very friendly!  The pool area was clean, simple and peaceful. Gigis restaurant had good service and food was good. 

A nice quiet location.

The pool was warm, cute, clean and not at all crowded. 
The gate code provided by ResortPass didn't work, but someone kind let us in. The only place to change clothes is a bathroom with no counter space, hooks on the wall or shower. 
For 45 bucks, I would love to be able to take a shower and change afterwards without putting my clothes on a bathroom stall floor. Seems fair. 
The cocktails were good, quite expensive but delicious. Plenty of clean towels and comfortable loungers. 

Good drinks, nice pool, no decent changing room.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time at V. Very relaxing, laid back atmosphere. Would have loved a blended drink while at the pool, but the bar did not have a blender. The fact that we could take our own food and drinks in made up for it. Overall, great experience!!
