We had a great time at the spa, the restaurant and the pool. Definitely will doing it again when we visit the city!

Spa was excellent

Itook my mom and sisters for a late Mother's Day gift.
We had a spa pass which gave us access to the spa and day pass. That was the best money I have spent on self care. We had a wonderful time. All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially Shanique.
Shanique is the bartender at waves bar by the pool.
She is amazing you have to stop by and see her. The food was amazing no matter what you get you can't wrong. We cant wait to do it again!

10/10 service from everyone at all points. Upgraded on site to the spa pass to use the locker and they were so accommodating, holding my luggage until they closed at 6 as well. The hotel front desk held my bag after 6 until my flight. Spa pass included free water, tea, and a small selection of nuts and fruit. Toiletries also included if you need anything to freshen up. Los of areas to work remotely in the main hotel resort areas, which was the main reason of using the day pass today. Lots of food options - Lona restaurant, waves poolside, well stocked cafe (including smoothies and bakery) just inside from the pool with a good seating area, and a starbucks by the spa. Lots of seating in hotel lobby with plugs. Lots of restrooms all around. Definitely worth using the day pass if you need somewhere between your checkout and flight.

It was nice there. Unfortunately very crowded and to less beds at the pool area. They do first come first serve.

Overall, it was a great day. We had the day room which is advertised to include beach chairs. However, when you get there, they tell you chairs and an umbrella are not included with your package. After showing the details of my itinerary to the nice girl working in the Spa, she wrote me a voucher for the chairs.  Apparently, the chairs and umbrella are rented through a different company.  The chairs and umbrella would be expensive to rent, and its false advertisement listing the chairs in the day package when its actually not included. Other than that, the staff was nice at the resort and our room was clean.

This spa was cheap nothing to do . False advertising with adults only theres was small kids all around , and pool is ugly.

I cannot say enough great things about this resort! They were very accommodating from the time we arrived and every single person we encountered was so friendly!

Received early check in from very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was very good. 

Perfect airport layover 

Definitely recommend. The spa time was seating for me and my partner. Definitely recommend you go as early as you can because theres so much to enjoy with the day pass.
