Iberostar Quetzal Resort - All Inclusive

We loved everything about the resort. The decor is beautiful. The food was abundant and yummy and so many choices. The pink flamingos were gorgeous but the monkeys stole our hearts! We were all on cloud 9 at the end of the day. We will definitely go back. 

Great resort!

Perfect day off from the excursions. We enjoyed not having to do anything but lay on the beach. The food was great and the drinks were even greater!

Great relaxing day. 

I paid the day pass and the watersw didn't let me have dinne at 4 pm. Manger wasn't helpfull. On the other hand, was giving excuses for them. So sad being Mexican and feeling left out for not being blond 

I paid 500 for just having breakfast

Highly recommend a daybed, it guaranteed a very nice shaded spot near the pool. Excellent customer service, fun activities,  all around great experience!

Day Pass was worth it 

Disorganized reception and management poolside. Daybed was filthy. Food was bad. Civeche, chicken, tiramisu all very bland or poorly seasoned. Beach access  was riddled with tour sales, not chill at all there. 

Great potential but

Check in was really smooth, no issues. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Spent most of the day at the pool, staff were friendly and lots of places to grab a snack or drinks. We would go back for sure.

Great Place to spend a day

Like the fact that there is a lot of wild animal on the site coaties,flamingo etc...but o think the site need gardening maintenance,..a bit fated and the beach chairs are old and on a bad condition,not a lot of food choice for lunch .for a day passe for the same proce range ,there is better place.

Nice beach

Resort was very pretty and clean.We loved all the pools and the beach was perfect.Food was excellent and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.Definitely recommend a stay or just a day pass..Well worth it.

Pretty and clean 

Had a great visit overall! Food was amazing! Drinks were sub par. Adults only pool needed to be cleaned. Could t enjoy the area too much as the table area had mess all in the water. Didnt understand why i was asked to cover up when i went to grab a bite to eat , we are on a BEACH RESORT
