Beautiful!

My daughter and I had a lovely day, for my birthday. Outdoor facilities felt a bit dated and not like the perception of a Ritz Carlton. My daybed was broken, wouldn't sit up-a steward tried to fix, but couldn't. Spent all day sitting up on a flat bed. Service was slow. They were nice, but took a long time. Pool water was warm, as adult pool is shallow. Drinks nice and strong, food good, albeit expensive. Discounted parking was appreciated. Enjoyed walking on beach. Was the day worth $730 at the end? No. But that is what to expect down here.

We had an amazing time. The rain tried to ruin our day,  but we loved the 5 start treatment. The fruit was fresh, the welcome drinks and water were just what we needed. I loved sampling this resort for a day and cant wait to try another.

The location and facility was beautiful. I don't think the cabanas were well maintained. Very dirty cushions. The staff was average too. To start, we had to wait for a while to get let to our cabana. Then after 30 minutes,  after we had settled in, they told us we had to move because they put us in the wrong cabana. They didn't even help us move all of our things or did not show any apology for the mistake. Once settled, service was not good. We had to keep looking for a waiter to get food. Our mini bar had open drinks in it. 
It was not a well run pool area. I get staff is hard to find, but this is the Ritz. We paid a lot of money for good service and a nice facility but we didn't get what we paid for. I definitely would not go back.

We had an amazing day and the cabana was great, fully stocked and the staff were very helpful in organizing cake and balloons.

Juan our server in the adult pool was very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks and food items.
