Great Property - Great day

Relaxation 

We had a fun and relaxing day by the pool, lunch and a ride on the shuttle. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Cleanliness good and facilities were good.

Day Pass

The views from this location are great, but a lot of the amenities were not up to standard. The pool bar was not open as advertised, which I believe lead to the outdoor area not being properly maintained. There were lost masks and clothing items left around the pool area and the daybed cushions were not out. Overall, not worth the cost especially compared to other day passes offered on island. The one redeeming aspect was the service at the sauna which was maintained by the spa staff. They made sure the spa facilities were well stocked, provided infused water and continually checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. 

Subpar

We are in the vacation rental business for over 10 years so we know how to make our guest feel special. Newstead our of 4 major areas from check in, gym, restaurant and pool you have some serious work to do. What is going on in Bermuda. This is scary. Get some standards and reinforce them. Now I know why the place was empty. So sad cause it affects all of us.

A perfect day at Newstead Belmont. Lovely views and enjoyed my breakfast at the Aurora as well.
