The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain

Ritz Carlton never disappoints from check in to attentive pool attendants. The food, beverage and popsicle service was incredible. The kids loved the shallow pool, which is sparkling and family friendly. The vibe is fun, quiet, relaxing. Whenever we are at the Ritz, we are well cared for and definitely will return again.

The pool is large, setting spectacular, food tasty and service exceptional.  Felt like I was on vacation rather than just enjoying a break for reality in my town.

Great setting and service!

Booked the passes to take out of town friends, their kids and our kids to hang by a kid friendly pool with a slide. Our kids were having a blast and we were too until we were told the kid friendly area would be closing at 2 for an event. This is information that would have greatly impacted our decision to go had we known ahead of time but nothing was noted and was sold as we would have full day access. Instead I spent $450 for the passes expecting to have full day use and only had a couple of hours. The $200 food/beverage tab only made it more upsetting. The event was preplanned so why were day passes offered??

Had a great time! Service is fantastic, plenty of chairs, pool is heated. Valet is $10 and there is no self-park, so beware of that.

The location is impressive and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We felt pampered and well taken care of while spending the day at the Ritz.

Best location and service

We have stayed at this fantastic property as guests before with our kids.  Now that we own a house in a nearby community, Resort Pass allows us to still enjoy one of our favorite resorts for the afternoon.  Everything about this property is exceptional!

Best Resort Pass Option in Tucson

Been on several daycations this was one of our favorites so serene & such beautiful views of the mountains from the pool  which was perfect temperature
