Wayyy too overpriced and not great service!

Not Great!

The initial experience was questionable, once we me the Bartender lady she made things right. 

Nice location 

brace yourself for a brutally honest take on this hotel day party. 

Let's talk about the pool situation. It was more like a children's toilet than a refreshing summer pool party. Swimming in that pool felt like diving into a urinal. the pool cushions were stained deep yellow and i honestly dont want to know how they got that way. did no one think to disinfect them?? ICK. after a pandemic this is distressing. 

Now, let's discuss the pool chairs. Sitting on the ground became the new luxury, because comfort was nonexistent. every seat was occupied even if someone wasnt even sitting there. a group of selfish people chose to save a chair for their friend for over an hour to the point where a hotel guest couldnt even get a pool chair.

don't even get me started on the parking upcharge atrocity. despite being told that the parking would be discounted to $20 it was actually more expensive than it would have been without the resort pass.

Diving into a Urinal at the Marina del Rey Hotel

Lovely place with great staff and amenities! They welcomed us with a ticket for a free cocktail and were very attentive. Loved the music and the pool was heated. If you want to grab a chair make sure you get there early as they are first come first serve. 

Clean Facilities 

It was a fun stay, we arrived around 10:30am so were able to save some lounge chairs which made the experience better 

Fun and relaxing 

Poor service, no towels, objectively bad music, inflated food prices.

Beautiful place. Love that they are very kid friendly. Will definitely go back

This place was great up until about 3pm. The crowd was extremely aggressive towards staff and other guests. I felt so bad for the staff but security and management did nothing when guests got aggressive about their bill or whatever issue they were having. 

A staff member let me know the crowd is always similar, so I will not be going back. 

This place has so much potential but they need to drive the ghetto crowd out. 

3 stars because the food, place, drinks and staff were great, but not trying to be in a negative/aggressive environment!

Staff is great, but crowd is not 

Its a nice pool and great food. However, on the Sunday Funday, I could not get  a single chair all day and the bar line was SO slow I have up most times I tried. If they come up with a faster bar team and maybe limit the passes sold so that everyone can get seats (there were others who didn't get them either) it would be perfect! 

Fun Day

Went here during Sunday Funday and we had a blast! We enjoyed the party vibe! Cant wait to be back!
