LOVE Resort Pass! Simple, easy to use, and we checked in with no problems.  The Jacquard is wonderful!  We just wanted to use the pool.  We got there early, 10 am, and still could not get a lounge bed.  It is a very small pool, and only about 12 sun beds - the rest are chairs.  Basically, too many people for the size pool- big shame.  I don’t think this property is a good fit for the obvious demand.

We had a wonderfully relaxing day at the pool on Labor Day! The pool is small but beautiful and ordering from the restaurant downstairs was very simple. The hotel staff was very friendly and, overall, it was a great experience and we would do it again!

Jacquard was amazing, I love resort pass. What a window into a local treasure that we wouldn’t have had.

Check in was easy at the front desk. We got some chairs and enjoyed the vast drink options throughout the afternoon. Highly recommend the Jacquard

Great Day in the Sun

Arrive early to snag a chair, the pool fills up in the afternoon (especially on a Friday). They provide towels and sunscreen! I went down to the fitness center after about 4 hours at the pool and got a great workout in on the Pelaton bike. Take a day off, and treat yourself! 

A Lovely Daycation!

Was very relaxing. Lovely pool with roof top views. Will certainly go back.

My daughter and I planned to spend two hours or so and ended up spending eight hours by the pool talking, drinking, and snacking. It was a perfect day even with a few sprinkles. Was very pricey on the drinks, very. I felt they could have been $5 a drink cheaper for pre-mixed drinks. All-in-all I will definitely do it again!

Great Daycaytion!

I really enjoyed my day at the Jacquard pool! The views are beautiful. The day was warm and sunny but there was a nice breeze. The pool is small but was very refreshing. There is also a small hot tub. I was surprised at how not crowded it was! I had my pick of lounge chairs. The hotel provides towels and sunscreen. And the umbrellas are awesome if you want shade; I did need to ask for help putting it up since they are a bit tricky to figure out, but once it was up, it was awesome! I ordered lunch from the restaurant downstairs and then brought it up to eat by the pool. All in all, it was a lovely and relaxing day. Restrooms are on a lower floor (take elevator down one floor). During the week, the rooftop bar does not open until 4pm, so make sure you are aware of that.

Loved it!

When booking online for a day pass it says no one under the age of 21 allowed. It also says “poolside service” during certain hours and this wasn’t the case. This should be specified that the pool is definitely NOT poolside service and kids are allowed. It was 100 degrees and by 5pm, it was obvious the bar staff was tiring so the service was lacking. For a beautiful view and a pool, the price wasn’t worth the experience. Denver is a competitive area for experiences such as this and we’ve received much better service elsewhere.  Just because the hotel comes with all the glamor and ritz, doesn’t mean the staff follows through to deliver the experience.
