Amazing place 

I booked and day pass for the hotel and also the beach all in one. When going to
the beach I was not allowed a beach chair as the description on the pass indicated. 

Beach Pass Did Not Work

This hotel did not have towel service on the beach or lower pool. There was also no food/drink service at the pool as we had to go into the restaurant and order. Once we ordered, they forgot our drinks when they brought the food. After having to follow-up twice, they finally brought the drinks with a check, even though we already paid for the drinks when we ordered the food/all at once.

I'd love some sort of partial refund or credit since we could've purchased beach chair service with towels for less than half the price down the street.

Wouldn't go to The Gabriel!! Rip off

2 pools, one rooftop and one ground level, plenty of chairs, friendly staff. My only complaint is there is no drink and food service at the rooftop pool, have to get it to go and bring it up yourself. There is service at the ground floor pool. The pools are warm and heated. Overall  a nice day. Would go back. 

2 pools, great location!

Location is great! Right on ocean drive. Pool  area was clean and relaxing. Staff was attentive to guests. 

Will be back

We spent most of the day at the garden pool, which was very nice and peaceful. At the end of the day we went to the rooftop pool which was also nice, especially because of the view over the beach and the sea! definitely worth the day pass !

Very chill pool. There are actually two Pools, one rooftop and one 'garden' we opted for garden because the rooftop strangely has no umbrellas? (Blazing hot!) garden pool is nice. Very clean. Only downside is its not cooled so the water is hot/warm. Cold shower nearby to refresh. Recommend for a relaxing couples day. Not a party pool.

Get your day pass for the Gabriel if you want to be right in the middle of the action. Could not ask for a better location. 

Great location!

We got there around 11:30am. Had to track someone down just to get an idea of where to go. Was told to sit wherever we liked. Chose a bed towards the back. Couldn't get a server for nothing! Was told they were setting up for a pool party at 2. Finally got someone to bring us a drink. Got a margarita and bottle of champagne. This was close to 12:30 by this time. The server only came to take order and drop off. Then he comes back to tell us we have to close the tab bc its a shift change and hes leaving. Its about 1:45. He also kicked over a glass of our champagne and said he would bring it back. He did not. We close it. No one else ever came. We had to get drinks from the bar ourselves. At one point the same sever came back (around 2:30) to all a if we wanted a server we had to do minimum tab of $100. I told him I paid to be there. No one ever even looked at my resort pass. Needless to say we left after about an hour. Still no other server ever came. Service was trash.

Nice pool, horrible service. 

Enjoy a beachfront day with a rooftop pool and 5-star dining.
