The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa

Theres alot of amenities you get for the price. The facility is very clean and the guest and staff are nice and helpful. My only concern is the dining schedule and how certain days the restaurant can be closed. 

Value buy

Nice pool and hot tub. Bring your own robe and slippers. 

Day pass

I was disappointed by the spa facilities at the Equinox.  I bought my husband and I a day pass to enjoy the facilities and was not impressed.  The spa pool was the hotel pool so lots of kids jumping all over the place unsupervised.  Hot tub was nice being outside but there were no views while you were in it.  The relaxation area was nothing more than a few chairs in the area you waited for your massage.    

Not a spa atmosphere.  

We went over the holidays and loved the Christmas decor. The spa was relaxing, we started in the outdoor hot tub and ended in the sauna. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back! 

Great visit

Rude customer service at the front desk, almost seemed annoyed that we showed up for the experience we paid for. Very short with us when we were asking questions as well. That being said, the facillities were beautiful and well kept. Janitorial staff was polite and helpful. 

Rude Staff

They seemed to be understaffed and the employee at the front desk was overwhelmed. The sauna wasn't working and because the employee was female she couldn't go into the locker room and reset it without getting everyone out of there. I was given instructions and had to reset the sauna myself. Hotel is great and everything is in good shape but access to the spa should not cost anything additional when staying there.

Not worth the $50

The pricing is kind of ridiculous for day trips the spa seems nice if you are staying at the hotel already. Wish there was a limit on small children in the pool area. The staff was a little unwelcoming to my partner and I. The hot tub was nice but a little dirty-freaked us out to see stuff floating in it. The locker rooms were great although the bathrooms were a little messy. 

Facilities Nice Staff not great 

We love Manchester and were excited to visit the Equinox spa. The pool is big and was nice but along the lines of YMCA , the water was cold. The outdoor spa was pleasant. The locker rooms were old, small and run down. The steam room had black mold growing on the tiles. The towels were small and rough. Nothing about this place is resort like however it would be a good place to bring kids for a swim.

Outdated and more YMCA vibe

We have wonderful yoga classes and loved the property. The hiking trails made the day a complete experience however the hotel should invest more into the upkeep of trail markers etc.
