Amazing Day!!

My husband and I booked a day pass for the first time. All the staff, from the minute we walked in, were so friendly and helpful. Easy check-in, just find someone in a white shirt by the pool and tell them you have a resort day pass. Post spring break, so the resort wasnt full and we were able to grab two chairs and two tables by the pool. The bar was great (I recommend the strawberry daiquiris), they dont sell food until 11pm, but the food was great and worth the wait (my husband recommendeds the salsa & guacamole). We ended up buying a daybed by the beach because there was an event happening at 2pm that we didnt know about prior to booking, where they had to shut down the lower deck pool. Eugene was a wonderful help. He brought suncreen, waters, umbrellas and we had such a lovely time due to his impeccable service (he has only been working for a short time and hes already a pro) Other than this, the resort is very clean and in a good location on the beach as well. Will be going back!

Awesome Service!!

Went to the beach at the hotel.  Bought a day pass and was extremely disappointed to learn that we had to pay additional $38  for 2 chairs and



also had to pay $36 for the umbrella.  Confused that I already had paid $140 for the pass. Not sure what was included in that rate.  That should have been mentioned before you arrive .  Honestly would have not come.  

DIPLOMAT 

Booking was a breeze.  Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. My sister and I rented a pool side cabana for us plus my two daughters, 9 & 12 yo.  Were not thrilled to find that our originally reserved cabana which was directly in front of the pool was given to a couple, who did not appear to have kids, and we were given one of the furthest cabanas from the pool.  The service was okay, took a little long to get our drinks/refreshments but food was quick.  My girls enjoyed the mini splash park/water slide and we had beach access.  Cabana was good to change at end of day but there was plenty of seating available all around the pool.  Next time will save a bit and just get the day passes to enjoy the pool and beach. Valet was waaayyyy overpriced.

Nice day

The pool is great, the hotel facilities are nice and clean. The food was good, a bit expensive, but that was expected. The only reason I don't gave 5 stars is because the parking didn't dispense a ticket when we arrived, neither anyone answered when we pressed the help button. So we ended up having to pay as if we lost the ticket when we exited the parking. It wasn't much more extra money, but it was very frustrating and there was no one to talk to, again. For an expensive parking in an expensive hotel I expect things to just work and help to be available when needed.

Great pool

My reservation started at 9, I arrived at 9:30. Nothing was set up or ready and 3 different attendants looked at my resort pass reservation and had no clue what it was. I wasn't accommodated until 10:30. The pictures are fake it looks nothing like what is pictured here. No service at all on the beach until 11 and there's only one server on the beach so you won't see them for long blocks of time. They brought me the wrong food and wrong drinks twice. The valuation doesn't make sense. Not the luxury experience I was hoping for. 

Don't

My first Resort Pass booking and I am hooked!  Our cabana featured gorgeous ocean views and a lovely spacious cabana with lots of friendly service.  This was a great way to spend a daycation before we headed to the airport for our evening flight.  

The resort is huge and really busy as it is connected to a convention center, but an even better reason to rent a cabana to have your own space to relax without fighting for a lounge chair!  

Great beach day!  

Pros: cabana great, food great, DJ on Sat great
Con: took 30 min to get drink, they delivered wrong drinks 3x, apologized & gave free round (2 drinks, only comped 1), food took 1 hour to receive (guacamole & ceviche & lobster roll), valet was $50 & took 25 min to get car. 

Vibe great, service horrible 

First time trying the day pass. Had a great time. Service was great with very staff. Jon was a great waiter. Will be coming back. 

Birthday celebration 

The grounds were very nice - the cost was just for poolside and or beachside. The umbrella was another $30 For the cost , maybe id pick something with food and some activities included.
