Exceeded my expectations on every detail. From the service to the pools and the food. The kids loved the slides and the pools.

Food okay but service was quick. Drinks were good. Go with the pitchers to save! 
There are water activities available which is convenient. 


Pricey but great experience 

We rented one of the cabanas and had a great day.  Steven, Artur, Alessandro and the other staff were all great.  The food was delicious and the pool deck is awesome.  Will definitely be back!

Great location 

Rented a cabana for my birthday.  They were very accommodating on where I wanted to sit.  Our server was great - she was very attentive throughout the day.  The pool manager was very nice and helpful ... my girlfriends and I had a great time.. Will be back soon.

Great hotel

Had such a great time at the Diplomat! The day pass included access to the pool & beach. For an extra fee you can rent the beach umbrella. The property is huge so although pool/ beach chairs are first come first serve, there is plenty of chairs to accommodate many people. Service was excellent and came by frequent. They also have a DJ on Saturdays, which was a plus.

Splendid option for beach/pool day

The staff was great. Very friendly and we had a great day enjoying the pool and the beach. However, they were a little bit understaffed. It was mother's day so the hotel was packed. Everything at the hotel is very pricy, keep that in mind. We had 2 sandwiches and 3 drinks for a total of $120.

**Adult day pass, daybed, cabana or bungalow must be purchased to participate in the Day camp program. The adult day pass will be verified upon check in to the Kids’ Club for the day camper registered.**

Children ages 5-12 are invited to join us for an array of engaging, hands-on activities at Kids Camp every Wednesday - Sunday.

- All registered kids will have the full Diplomat Kids’ Club at their disposal, including VIP access to all spaces and activities within!
- Coordinator supervised play at the Splash pad and Infinity Pool
- Coordinator instructed Arts & crafts included but are not limited to Tie Dye, Ceramics, Science Projects, Kite Crafting, and more
- Computer & Gaming Room includes Apple Computers plus interactive gaming with XBOX ONE
- Play Room includes single and group games, play toys, movies and various creative options
- Included Kids’ lunch served from PLAYA
- Snacks and juices through the day included
- Registered Day campers will receive a goodie bag complimentary before signing out for the day.

**20% gratuity will be collected before signing out day camper. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the service to complete waiver forms and meet your coordinators for the day!**
