Pool was perfect but bartender was no where to be Found which affects the experience

Pool was perfect but bartender was no where to be 

Loved the esthetic of the hotel and the pool. The pool temperature was as warm as I was hoping on a windy March day. Food options are limited in the off season which is not unexpected. I would have declared it a perfect day except for the service. The front desk staff were helpful, but the rest of the staff at the pool and the front door conveyed a feeling that assisting customers was less important than the book they were reading or the conversation they were having with each other.

Winter time pool is great! Bartender was very attentive. 

Great hotel

Was disappointed when we got there and realized the pool was not hot as advertised. We will not be returning due to this unfortunately. This place has a lot of potential. I would suggest building a hot tub. Thank you

Great vibe

The Asbury Hotel is beautiful in itself, but add in the staff who are exceptionally nice, friendly, and personable, and then the heated outdoor pool, kept at 96 degrees in the winter, you have a fairytale experience I could not have written into existence any better! The pool is beautiful, and the servers who come to you at the pool to take drink and / or food orders was mind blowing! It was raining and no warmer then 40 degrees out and they were still more then eager to serve us.  The place is amazing, the facilities are amazing and the people are amazing, you cant go wrong spending the day here!

great location and price

We will definitely be back . We literally Had the pool almost all to ourselves. The pool felt like a warm tub  heated to 100 and fire pits were blaring . 
The staff was very accommodating. We will be back . Worth every penny. 

Don't miss this place 

We have been here several times and this last time was pretty unpleasant. The pool was cold! And most of the fire pits were not functional. There was also the faint smell of propane. There were clean towels, but the bathroom that was accessible near the pool was completely filled with pillows and furniture and used pool towels. It was also very dark in the pool, there used to be functioning pool lights, not sure if they were turned off or broken. This was so much more fun in the past. Hopefully they can fix the issues!
