I loved this place, it’s the second time we’ve been and it’s such a great time.

My wife and I were looking for a last-minute pool to hit up to escape the 100+ degree weather and decided to check it out. The pool is a little small but it was empty and we basically had it to ourselves. We got there at 4:30 Pm and due to the taller buildings surrounding it, we were already in the shade. The water was still warm so appreciated being able to enjoy the warm water without full sun. One con is that during the weekdays the pool restaurant/bar is closed so you're the only option is to bring food and drinks up from the coffee shop (they have alcohol too) in the lobby.

The pool was way smaller than expected I guess I didn’t examine the picture too much before hand . Food and drinks were good. People are friendly

I throughly enjoyed my day at The Adolphus Hotel. The workers in the coffee shop were very friendly and helpful! The pool area was very relaxing. I look forward to returning and getting another resort pass!

I called to purchase a resort pass a few weeks ago & was told I could purchase it at the desk. I drove over an hour & when I arrived the pass was unavailable to purchase. The manager just looked at me, no apology for inaccurate information or my drive there. No empathy at all. He just stared at me. It was extremely rude. Luckily I have experienced nothing but good service from the other employees and returned as I have been a guest for years now. The manager left a very bad taste in my mouth about this place. I find it odd that every other employee is extremely nice yet he was extremely rude. It almost cancels out all the excellent treatment I have received over the years. Other than that I love the hotel & the rooftop pool. Before covid there was a dj and bar to utilize when swimming.

Spent a day at this pool. Small amount of people. Clean. Really enjoyed.

With gorgeous downtown views, well-mixed drinks and a sparkling clean pool, you can't help but have a great day at this sunny pool. You'll feel like you're living in the lap of luxury while sipping an aperol spritz in one of the submerged chairs or splashing in the water feature. Every good summer day is made better by a dip in the waters of the Adolphus pool.

Check-in at the front desk was simple. They take your ID & booking ID then direct you to the elevators to get to the pool. If you get the VIP guest pass, you can pick up your drinks & cooler at Ottos Coffee Shop. The baristas were very helpful & went above and beyond to bring us our drinks since the seltzer’s we wanted weren’t in the fridge area. They even made us a mimosa as part of the 6-drink choice. The pool was great! It was crowded in the beginning of the day, but by midday it cleared up. The pool is somewhat small, but great for relaxing. Great experience & i would definitely go again.

It was fun, busier due to holiday but nice views, pool was clean and temp was good. Limited loungers.
