Sonesta Select Atlanta Cumberland Galleria

Check-in took 30 minutes with no one else in line because my reservation wasnt in there system. The clerk had to wait for the Manager to send the reservation. Then they tried charging my card for the stay plus $50 deposit even though I had already prepaid. So that took additional time to correct to check in. Once we got to the room there was no bar soap or hand so in bathroom to wash hands. As soon as we laid down to take a nap. There was a continuous drilling sound. So I called front desk to ask if there was construction going on, she said no but she would investigate. Never heard back from front desk so the noise continued the entire stay. So of course I wasn't able to relax or sleep. I don't think the Hotel is a bad place, it just was a bad experience for me today. I would go back and give them another chance. 

Horrible experience 

Located near I75 and I285, so easy to get to. Floor was quiet and did not get disturbed by house keeping.
