Hilton Head pubic beaches have become so crowded that it is frustrating having to drive around staying hopeful to find a hotel lace to park. We live across the bridge in Bluffton and do not get to take advantage of our beaches because parking is always a hassle. This day pass was so worth it. Parked easily plus had access to bathrooms, pools, resturants etc. 

Totally Worth It.

We did a day pass staycation here and had a great time! The drinks at the pool bar are tasty, the beach access is great, the pool is heated and kid friendly and they do bingo! Very fun time and will come back!

Great Time!

Pool was lovely, the water temp was perfect. Kids were enjoying the day and adults were relaxing. Not too crowded. 
The resort is on the ocean and a lovely walk from the pool.  
I have this a 4 star because of the food experience. The waiter did take our order and brought out food however never checked back the entire time of the day. 18% gratuity. Is mandatory?

Summer heat 

We have the best times when we go to the Sonesta.  This time was a little different.  When we checked in the girl was not so friendly.  Wasn't going to let that ruin our day.  Pool is very nice.  Food is great.  Lots of kiddos this time.  Summer is coming!

Wonderful Place

This is a beautiful resort with a really nice pool area. Beautiful grounds, games everywhere to use, hammocks to lounge in nice bar.

Hotel staff was excellent!  Very clean rooms and property. A must stay!!

Very pleasant day from the quick check in to the food service by the pool.  Clean, cool pool, on a very hot say. Brill be back.

Great sunshiny Day

Our daycation at Sonesta was our first and will be our last. If you plan on working from the room/pool area you wont be able to do so due to Wi-Fi pretty much nonexistent.
The day room option is something new to the hotel and it was rolled out before staff was trained on policies and what had to go along with it. 
After they forgot to get a credit card on file they tried to ask us for lunch receipts that were paid with cash at the pool. Complete nonsense. Was poorly organized. They might need time to figure their things out. 
If you are considering Omni pool pass we would definitely suggest to go for it vs Sonesta. Omni was totally worth it, great experience all around! 

Weak Wi-Fi

There were no locker rooms for day pass guests. The pool ran out of towels. There were only 2 showers for guests; 1 was broken and the other was dirty.
