Great location for the airport with a shuttle included and nice comfortable lounge areas with free WiFi. If youre wanting to explore Miami youll need to take the city trolley or Uber.

Handy for a later flight.

This hotel is conveniently located by the airport. Clean, food was good, pool area nice and view towards the golf course pleasant. 
I will definitely use this option again. 

Convenient location 

Check in went smoothly, pool area was good and we were able to get a meal at the bar.  Only slight issue was that we couldn't see anywhere other than public restrooms to get changed.  Wouldn't put us off going back.

Great location for airport

The location to the airport is ideal and why I picked this hotel for the day. It was a good place to wait for a flight, although it wouldn't be if the weather was not as beautiful. It was odd to have to go the hostess at the restaurant to order drinks. The actual bar opened at 2 and then you could go there. If I had a late day flight and needed a place to wait, this isn't a bad choice. Not sure I would stay there. 

Close to airport

Great location and very close to the airport with free shuttle running frequently. Disappointed on arrival as we understood that we would have a day room but this was not the case. All the loungers around the pool were occupied but the friendly restaurant manager opened the sunshade so that we didn't have to sit in the sun. Pool was busy for most of the day and quite small. However, we had a good lunch and relaxing at the hotel was preferable to spending 8hrs in the airport.

Near airport

The hotel was ok but when booking a Family Room I thought we got a room to shower and change.  It was no different than getting the regular resort pass which gives use of pool, bar and restaurant and shuttle - no other facilities.  
However, the hotel staff were very good and really helped to make our stay nice.

Not what was expected

There are not many sunbeds so it can turn out very crowdy. NO showers or wardrobe to fix up before leaving for airport. Basically a sunbed, a worn out small towel and access to restrooms. That simply is all. Shuttle to airport though was very nice. Our first day pass - will use the service again, but maybe not at Sharaton. Asked for a room - did not have any......

Acceptable - practical and relaxed

Great experience, we went from cruise early am to lazing around the pool. We were 5 min to airport so able to continue our fun as we were notified twice of flight delay. Restaurant on site with a patio beside the pool. New to resort pass will definitely use again!!! Must add free shuttle to airport every 15 minutes.

Extended vacation

This hotel was good to kill time before our flight. We checked in with our booking number and we’re told all the benefits that were listed on the day pass. We were not given any wristbands or cards to prove we were “day pass guests.” Overall it was good, they had a tiny shower around the pool and then could change in the public restrooms. You do need to arrive sooner than later though because there are limited lounge chairs. 
However, one of the perks was 20% off food and when we were ready to pay and mentioned the resort pass we were told we should’ve gotten a certificates, which like I said before we were given nothing. I went to the front desk to ask and then was only given a 15% certificate. Better than nothing, but misleading. 

Good to kill time before flight

Could use more chairs outside but overall great location and what I needed for my long layover
