Arrived at 10am, two hours after the pool was set to open and, upon arrival, were informed that the pool would not in fact be open on the day of our booking (we received no advanced notice). However, we hung around and they eventually did open the pool and allow us in. Once we got settled, it was a positive experience. Good set up and good service. I think the hotel recently opened (?) so maybe just working out the kinks.

Staff was fantastic and super helpful. Found me a chair when I arrived, and the pool got solid light most of the day. Food and drinks are solid, too!

Great staff. Small pool gets crowded by late afternoon but earlier is great. Food is good as well

I had a lovely experience here on a 90-degree day. Only downside is the pool was small and they had to stick to capacity limits so I wasnt able to go in before closing.
