SERENA Hotel Aventura Miami

For a simple pool day, the location was great. 
The atmosphere is tranquil and the music adds a peaceful touch. 
Extremely clean. The food was amazing. 

Great Location 

First of all the sign to hotel did not see it I drove past it 4 times before I saw it. GPS dont have the correct directions to the hotel I guess due to the construction in area. Second the parking garage is up a hill you have to drive your car up and make sure no one is behind you because it will roll down and hit some someone,3rd I was told someone on the fifth floor will be expecting us. No one was expecting me and my guess we felt like we were on our own with everything.4th thing the pool stated it was heated it was so cold like freezing and not very clean.we saw dog fur in the pool that really just disgusted me.I just relax in the pool chairs because I was very turned off by the pool.5th thing the bar tender  took 20 minutes to our drinks he stated he dont usually work the bar he took my card after he brung the drinks out and took another 20mins to bring my card back out to me..I never spent 40.00 dollars for a pinacolda frozen drink and a regular drink. I was totally disappointed

Great hotel 

I live locally and I really wanted to spend a nice Sunday by the pool! Serena felt so ~ serene ~ and quiet for a nice relaxed evening. All the amenities were available and staff was so helpful and kind. I will definitely be coming back. 

great rooftop place to sunbathe 

Overall we had a good time for my best friends bday. However, on arrival the cabana wasnt ready and when they did say it was ready we had to ask for our fruit plate multiple times, water and a new bottle of Prosecco after receiving a nearly empty bottle. 
Then when we tried to get in the pool is was freezing when a heated pool was advertised. So we didnt even enjoy the pool.

We made the best out of the situation.

Overall we had a good time!

The person on the main floor did check us in and offered to store my bags.   The people on the pool and food floor seemed to not understand what this day pass was.  They also spilled/sprayed coke all over me and did not acknowledge or apologize.  I left the place and went elsewhere.   I am going to try and get a refund.

No one knew what this really was?

Nobody seemed to know or care that we were coming. Sun bed was wet, moldy and gross, and roof leaky. ResortPass responded quickly to my refun request but told me they need to confirm with hotel and itll take 5-7 days. I wasted half a day on a crappy purchase.

Zero stars. Dont go

The scenery was nice, the staff was amazing drinks was good, will definitely be back 

Peaceful 

great time ; ended up with the best cabana (closest to the balcony), not crowded & the deck is a lot more spacious than expected. just wish the wayer was a little warmer since the only part that gets the sun is by the edge
