Superb day !

Overall, I am satisfied with my day pass experience at Scrub Island. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary drink which was refreshing. I also received a tour of the island.  Everything advertised in the day pass was available. I got to use the gym, received towels, access to lounge chairs, wifi and the pools.
It was a relaxing day.

My friend and I visited today, we had the most amazing day. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Dane and the Spa therapists, we both enjoyed our massage and manicure! 
Thanks also to Donovans Reef for a lovely lunch!

Great Location - Amazing Spa 

We loved the pools, loungers and bars. The staff in the shops were great too. Front checkin staff were incredible and helpful (thank you Dane!) Mixed reviews on the food (some great! Im looking at you, fish burger!) and some inedible (pumpkin soup was inedible). But the biggest disappointment was the towel/bathrooms and showers situation. No towels to be found (and we were told no clean ones until the next day!). Showers and bathrooms dirty, missing tiles, mold, etc. So the resort has great things but definitely not 5 star, unfortunately.

Service has definitely improved. Only area that needs a little work is the food could be better. My fish wasn't cooked through, and finishing touches like salad garnish on lunch plates, lemons in drinks etc could really make all the difference. But the place itself is great. 

Fab Day, Quiet & Pristine 

We enjoy this place a lot. We did a day pass to use the pools and eat while on a Cruise in Tortola. Spend $60 on cab fare to the ferry and had a wonderful time. Much cheaper than the cruise offered options and much more private and exclusive.

The location was great and private. The service was excellent. It was an overcast day, so we really just kind of relaxed by the pool. It was an overcast day, so we really just kind of relaxed by the pool, but didn't use much of the amenities because the sun was in and out but it was still relaxing.
