We really enjoyed our spa day and few hours at the pool.  Unfortunately the rain cut it short but was worth it nonetheless! 

Great location!

This was my first time using Resort Pass and it did not dissapoint.I arrived and they simply asked for my ID and checked me in easily. After, the bellhop offered to store my luggage and showed me the restrooms so I could change into my swimsuit. The pool is beautiful and has plenty of seating. I was able to walk the beach through the back entrance of the hotel and enter the resort very easily. The food and drinks were phenomenal! I highly recommend it if you are in San Juan. I will definitely book again through a resort pass and plan to stay as a guest in the future. 

The Best day ever!

We reserved a cabana for a great price at the Royal Sonesta! The check-in process was seamless. The service was outstanding - FIVE STARS! The staff was friendly. The package included a cabana near the pool, fresh fruit, sparkling wine, and bottles of water. The food we ordered from the grill was delicious, and drinks were perfect. Bathrooms were clean. The beach was nice, and offered chairs and an umbrella. Our lodging nearby lost power that evening, but the Sonesta had backup generators so we went back later to eat dinner. I would definitely return, and will look for options to lodge with them next time! 

Great Option for the Day!

Spending the day at Royal Sonesta was such a treat. The amenities were impeccable, the facilities clean, the staff were lovely, and the drinks strong!

Amazing resort with friendly staff. Several lounge areas, access to a private beach, and on-site spa. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Oasis!

Had an amazing time, we were received promptly, the waitress was amazing, the cabana had a great location, and the wine/food/experience was super positive. 

Amazing pass!

Me and my friend had a good day at the resort.  The waves are pretty strong and will prevent you from fully relaxing in the water.  I like the waves and am a pretty strong swimmer so was able to bob along.  My friend not so much.  She enjoyed the pool more.

Resort was clean, staff friendly.  You get one voucher for a free drink.  The server was pretty quick.  There are no food offerings.  Hotel guests got pizza. We weren't interested so walked down the street to a restaurant.  There's several within a few blocks.  We also got the spa package which was definitely worth it.

Overall, the beach pass was way overpriced for what you get, which is admission to the private beach and one drink.  I have had resort passes in other places that are all inclusive or at least include a meal for the price we paid.  If you can, I would suggest getting one of the cheaper packages or simply going to an area where beach access is free.
