So we were so excited to try this place. I have a at home sauna at home its a wet sauna we came for the dry sauna because I have a wet sauna at home. sadly thr wet sauna was so hot it was like impossible to go into my friend and I went into the sauna and we had to turn right back around because it was extremely too hot and no one could turn it down or anything. I sadly kinda feel like I wanted a refund or to be able to come back on a day when its not like extremely hot. Sadly there was like no one at the front desk that could even help so it kinda was like Id like to chat with management about it but thats like idk impossible. My hand and arm was burned badly as well as my leg and my friends hand was badly burned and his chest. We both tryed to inform staff on the area but they just acted like they didnt care. We had to go to the bathrooms and run cold water over our hands because it was so bad. I still have marks on my legs

Super quiet upscale workout facility 

The hotel lobby is huge with a lot of places to sit, the waterfall fountain inside is really nice and being connected to the Crown Centre mall was very convenient.

In the 80s this hotel was probably considered high end but it clearly has been sorely neglected since then. Pool was slimy at the bottom and the entire area in general was not well maintained. Did not see a single staff member the entire time. There was and old couch and TV in the womens locker room, literally from the 80s. Overall very strange. 3/10 do not recommend.

Quite dated and bizarre. Not worth it.

Spacious outdoor area, great facilities, kind and friendly staff. We were unable to order food or drinks because pool bar had closed for the season. We ordered takeout inside to eat poolside. Great gym and equipment and full service lockers. Hot water in showers took forever to get hot. 

Nice time

We've been to the Westin several times; this was the first time with a pool pass only. We went on a Thursday, after back-to-school, so it  was peaceful. The water was nice and warm. Unfortunately the area where the chairs were set up was not very clean. You could tell it had not been swept in few days. The pool itself could have been a little cleaner as well. Overall we had a good time though.

Our family of 4 enjoyed an afternoon at the pool. Staff was friendly, however not super attentive to changing out dirty chair towels when people left. (Had to do it myself, which was fine.) it also seemed like they didnt do a great job at managing capacity on such a sunny/hot day. We were able to find 4 chairs together, but many hotel guests could not.
