Great place 

We spent the day in a cabana and the team of pool staff were unbelievable, especially Roy, who was very attentive to our needs. It was a great experience!

Unbelievable service!

It was nice... the staff was very friendly and professional...definitely accommodating. I loved every minute of it. 

Fun yet peaceful

Although the pool area and hotel are very nice its not worth the money. There are better value pools on the app. The pool is extremely warm its not refreshing at all  

Its ok

I came to celebrate Mothers Day with my daughter and we had a lot of fun. The Hotel is amazing, the Dj, the service, everybody that work here are so nice. We will come back for sure. 

Best Service 

Started a bit sceptical after reading reviews but have to say, from the moment Emmanuel welcomed us till the vip treatment Kevin gave us during the whole day, it was just very good. Maybe it is also a matter of who is serving you that day but we got lucky w Kevin.
I do believe the newer RCs (like fe their latest one in Melbourne) have an even more upscale look and feel. 

Great service

I booked this day pass because I was disembarking a cruise at 8 am and my flight home was not until later in the evening. It felt like an e tension of my vacation. The service was beyond reproach and the grounds were gorgeous. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone. 

Impeccable service, pristine location, pure luxury

Had a wonderful time. It was truly a memorable event. Had a beautiful cabana with lounge chairs and a table. Great service, pretty good food (both the cubano and the guacamole were exceptional) and an awesome day. Greatly enjoyed!

Awesome time

We had another great day at the Ritz South Beach-  staff is amazing and very attentive.  Roy the pool attendant and Manuel our server went above and beyond to make our day relaxing. 

Great Day

We wanted to spend the day at the RC SB after disembarking a cruise that morning. We pulled up in our Uber and were told that the hotel does not store luggage for resortpass visitors. We were super surprised since that was not mentioned in the property description on Resortpass and we had been to other South Beach properties that gladly stored our luggage for the day. What am I supposed to do? Wheel two huge suitcases to the pool? I doubt that's the look the RC is going for and probably wouldn't even allow either. Anyway, we were able to work something out but certainly would not go back to the property if there is a risk that I need to figure out a place to keep my luggage for the day, likely for an additional charge. The property itself is very nice and luxurious, staff was super friendly, too. Once the luggage was settled, this was a great way to spend the day in South Beach.
