We've had better customer service at other hotels.
The person checking us out has no idea what "good customer service" means.
I asked about the "discounted self parking" as advertised for a day pass, she didn't even discounted the price but also added another hour of parking because we checked out 10 minutes later. She has no idea on what industry she works at: Hospitality. We're not coming back. Many hotels in the area to spend the money on for a daycation.

My experience was great and staff was very helpful and nice

Great Daycation 

Our experience was great. The hotel is well maintained, clean, and pretty. The pool area had enough chairs, umbrellas, and even daybeds and sofas that were available on a first-come first-served basis.

There is a bar and restaurant next to the pool area, that had good options.
All employees were nice and welcoming, and the overall guest crowd was friendly as well.

Perfect daycation

The pool is about half the size of what the photos show, and then on top of it we were charged $45 for valet parking! Their overnight parking is only $30. I had to argue with Gigi that any other resort we stay at, which we do frequently, they would charge the overnight fee once the hourly rate reaches the overnight price. She completely refused to help, told me no manager as available, and told me were not getting our money back and proceeded to blame us and everyone else for her mistake. This was our first and very last experience with resort pass. It advertised at $89 and it turned into $200 without food or drinks. Do not waste your time or money. Only nice experience was the gentlemen passing out drinks and mozz sticks he was very kind. 

Overpriced parking and unrealistic photo

I had a day room for a Mothers Day getaway with my 2 kids and mom. The room was very clean and they also had an ice cream reception while we were there before checking out. The hotel is near enough to the beach side about 5-7 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back here again.  

Pleasant visit
