Guests can choose from a range of evidence-based recovery experiences, including private infrared sauna suites and guided ice bath sessions led by breathwork coaches—the club's signature contrast therapy circuit. Additional tech-driven modalities such as lymphatic compression therapy and B12 shots are available depending on the pass selected, alongside storage lockers and complimentary Wi-Fi.
