Royal Sun Palm Springs

The hotel was beautifully designed, great style. Service was good, the bartender could have checked on guests more often but overall it was good. 
I was not impressed with the food, kind of bland and boring. 
Some small details like no soap in bathrooms should be taken care of.
Overall I loved my day there and would stay here or book a day pass again!

Beautifully designed space 

Pool area had an odd smell. Finally figured out there was an uncovered/backed up drain with sewage about 15ft from our cabana. The cook didnt show up so couldnt get food till 3 hours later - it arrived right when the workers started scooping feces into a Home Depot bucket in front of us. We left when the drain machine showed up. 

Good service but poor quality hotel

Beautiful hotel, but the service, food/drinks were lackluster. For lunch, you can either choose between some combination of avocado and carbs or pizza. The pool was cloudy, and had weird plastic bits in it. The only great service I had was upon checking in. The Mexican restaurant down the street had better food and drinks for less money. Also, the music was absolutely blasting all day.  

Was mid 

Rented two "cabanas" and two sun loungers for a group of 10 for a bachelorette. The "cabanas" are actually just day beds that are really more just for 2 people. The fact that they charge 250USD/each for these "cabanas" is outrageous when in reality they are just day beds, I am considering even disputing this with AMEX for how outrageous this is. The day beds are also not spread out so there is no privacy, not that this matters as the place was not bumping and basically empty on a prime springbreak Saturday. We felt like this is not the place to be in Palm Springs and we should have rented a real Cabana from the Saguaro Hotel. 

I would definitely NOT pay to reserve these spots ever again. We are majorly disappointed with how we were basically scammed from this establishment. You can show up any time and pick where to sit as this place is empty.

Only positive thing to say is the staff were kind and friendly people.

We loved our experience at Life House Palm Springs.
The staff was warm and welcoming and the pool area had a great vibe.
Good food and drinks. Will definitely go back!
