Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Great spot. Brought the whole family.  Newborn and 2 year old had a blast. Service was friendly and quick.

I paid for this day pass in the hotel Dreams Vallarta USD 120 per person (we are 3 people) + 10% of the ResortPass fee just to find out that the price in the hotel was $89 per person. I think 10% for the service to book online is ok, but why an overprice of 35% plus the 10% online service fee? And why the hotel allows this to occur? So my recommendation is go direct to the hotel, there will always be space for you (they never say it is fully booked even if it is very full). The Dreams hotel by the way is preaty decent, with good food and services, but they shouldn't allow for this trap to happen.

I feel deceived

Dont waste your money, a walk up pass to Dreams is $99 instead of $225.

 I bought this pass as one day treat. We were staying at a cheaper all inclusive. I was single mom and 2 kids.  My one day pass was $200 thru Resort pass.  I got there and they were offering $99 passes all busy spring break week to walk ups.  So I bought my 2 kids passes for $69. We got to the pool area and everyone had declared chairs with towels but no one sitting on them.  My family of 3 sat on one chair together. No waiter service and line up to bar was 20 min.  Line up for a cold hot dog was 10 min.  One of the things I was excited about with Resort pass was booking the fancy Japanese restaurant. They told me I was only allowed to go on my own as their day passes didnt cover supper.  I would have to make them go sit in the lobby while I ate by myself.  They are 11 and 7.  
They told me it was $80 USD to have my 2 small kids join me for supper.  
Turns out out cheaper all inclusive was Better along. Vamar 

Dreams scam

We were extremely pleased with the attention and service we received at this resort for the day. It was a beautiful and clean setting. We had a lot of fun. Only drawback was having to leave!

Superior Service

The resort is just as pictured and very nice. Gorgeous lobby area and the pool/beach are fantastic! Their lunch space by the pool (Castaways) served exceptional food in a beautiful setting. In addition, if you sign up for the eveing pass, their french restaurant was fantastic!! They do not take reservations and all venues appeared to be first come, first served.

Beautiful setting and excellent food!

Loved this place. Everyone was nice and I was able to go back to secrets even though I had a dreams day pass. They let me eat there during the day! 

Very relaxing 

The breakfast buffet had a lot of selection, the food was delicious and the mimosas were memorable. We sat poolside and Miguel was a fantastic server. 
We will be back!

Great place for a daycation!

Very disappointing.    All inclusive 9-5.  Available service for food , buffet and take out at the pool. Buffet closed at 4 pm other restaurants didnt open till 6. 
Pool food was poor. Boiled hot dogs for example. 
Pool bar service was good. 

Disappointing day at dreams 

It was a very nice experience, super nice food , beautiful hotel, nice location ,nice service, just a very good quality hotel.
