Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star

I loved the hotel and service was great but no where on the booking did they tell you that you had a $70 automatic charge after you already paid for cabana . I dont mind paying for things but no where did I see this when I booked . The cabana is $400.. and I spent over $170 on food and drink and then they charged me extra $70 ( this was not tip) . It should have been clearly disclosed . 

Great place but things not disclosed in booking 

Nicole the young lady at the outside bar and I think maybe the young man that was her manager were the best! From the Valet who opened my door and rushed to the front door of the hotel to open my door, to the young lady at the front desk who made sure that my guest was greeted and treated like royalty, to the staff that cooked my food, to the other visitors at the pool!! I couldnt have enjoyed myself any more than I did and I definitely will be back!! Thank you RP for helping me decide on a great daycation! The Omni deserves 5 stars!!

Great Time!!

We love the pool, music and vibe. But the drink prices are insane. $40 for 2 beers they're adding all types of fees but dont give you a detailed receipt. Not impressed

Nice pool on a very hot day. Easy purchase on the app and check in. Great service and nice crowd of folks - chill and most;y adults . Have gone again, actually !

Fun pool day 

I bought a $70 day pass to this hotel pool and no one checked my ticket! I could have used this facility for free. Waste of money. Over priced food and drinks. The vibe was boring too. DJ wasn't reading the crowd. Music was not good. Only one waitress on staff taking orders at the pool. Don't waste your time at this pool. The only good thing is the location.

Relaxing getaway

Location was great but way too many fees associated with the cabana rental in addition to the mandatory gratuity. 

My wife and I wanted a day away form the house and the kids before summer ended. We are very busy business people and just couldn't pull away this year. A day at the Omni was great! Pool drinks DJ sun and each other! Well worth it. We will most defiantly be back!
