Fun to be on a rooftop on a Monday. Not too crowded and the snack bag was a nice touch.

Staff were very attentive pool is only 3ft but the cabana selection was nice .

TaNia made our experience great. She was very accommodating in so many ways HR food drinks came out in timely fashion. Definitely appreciate her for going above and beyond to help us out the despite drawbacks that we had when he came to our seating arrangements for our sofa couch

What A Day

Our treat bag was waiting for us upon check in, staff was friendly, and we were led to the pool area and told everything we needed to know to enjoy ourselves.

Spent a day at this Midtown hotel, and it was fantastic! The pool is Big Feelz statuspure bliss. The crowd was a fun mix of people you'd love to hang with: friendly, chill, and delightfully quirky. Highly recommend for a perfect city escape!.

Prime Location, Incredible Pool, Friendly Staff! 

We did not receive the amenities that were supposed to be included on our resort pass. Not worth the money. 

Did not meet expectations 

Had a great daycation here food and drinks were 10/10 along with the services. the pool just wasnt heated it was kindve cold when you get in it and the shower by pool didnt work but other then that it was a relaxing experience

Must ask for your complimentary snack pack. They don't give it to you when you check in.

Maybe pool hours should start later. Sun does not start to come to pool area till after 11:am. No attendance to inquire about area,
This was my first time visiting Hotel. Fries were good but crab cake was not lump meat.
I am from Maryland so I know my crab .

Pool area

Celebrated my birthday poolside w/ a reserved cabana. The pool was clean, staff was super attentive, food options were limited but tasty nonetheless. My guest & I thoroughly enjoyed the day.
