Wonderful Experience

I really enjoyed our cabana day at Mountain Shadows. It ended up being a really beautiful day and the pool felt awesome!! It's a really gorgeous and well-maintained resort. There were just the right amount of people - not too crowded but certainly not empty either. I think the resort does a nice job of maintaining guest count so as not to make it overcrowded. Our server was kind and attentive to us and made sure to check on us multiple times, and that was great. We never had to think about finding her. The Resort Pass experience was also really smooth and easy, and I'd definitely recommend trying it out for a cabana rental. Our group enjoyed and we hope to return!

Beautiful hotel! Great pool, all the staff was amazing except for at the pool our waitress was rude. I asked several times for our complimentary rose bottle and fruit plate and she acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. I showed her the pass details and she said Ok but never brought them. Seemed annoyed we didn’t buy anything but never brought our complimentary things. We were disappointed because that was part of the package / why we chose this hotel. I’m sure the other servers are friendly! I would go back still!

We were so impressed with our experience! We booked two days and had Ben and Allison as our servers. They were incredible! Truly made our girls weekend so special. The drinks and food were delicious. The pool was so refreshing and easily accessible. Can't wait to book our next one!

Amazing Sunday Funday!

We had a great experience at Mountain Shadows! Everything was top notch. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the weather - which cannot be controlled. The drinks were cold, the food fresh, and the environment was not a wild party - it was very chill and calming. They do allow children in the pool, with no adult pool to my knowledge, so prepare for the chance of kids being there (that didn't bother us on this trip). The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are currently remodeling their bar area for the pool, so our server (she was AMAZING!) shared with us that they had a limited drink menu and food menu due to this. If we wanted a specialty drink like an espresso martini or flatbread, we had to order inside at the bar. It was not a far walk, but a bit annoying to have to leave the pool area to order anything considered "special". Hopefully once the remodel is done, the pool bar will be able to offer the same food and drinks that are offered at the bar inside! :)

Lovely day - minus the uncontrollable

This is a great place to rent a cabana. The staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are beautiful. Kayla provided great service and was super helpful with anything we needed!
