They expect people to come to lobby for food or drinks- the lobby is a 5 min walk and then you have to bring your own food to pool and walk up a hill in your bathing suit- unacceptable 

Terrible service

Lovely clean and private. Only problem was there was literally no staff so we could not order food, get water or any help. We had to go fetch everything ourselves.

Very private 

We had such an excellent experience at this pool. Total luxury.

Beautiful Pool

Great day spent at the Luxe. Great chairs, good of umbrellas..Young woman serving at the pool was friendly and so helpful. Water was great and everything seemed clean. 

Great Staycation

Love the amenities, lovely grounds and quiet and uncrowded pool. 
The stopping twice to check in 
and park is inconvenient but worth it once you get in the pool.

It was great. It felt like a private pool for most of the day. Clean and quiet and wonderful.

Fun and Relaxing Day

Everything was great, the only thing I did not like was the $150 hold on my card. That is not fair to do when we are not staying at the hotel I only spent $30 that day now I have to wait to get my money back into my account for another 7 days, not cool. 

Nice pool 

Hello. My daughter and I were super excited to go to the luxe hotel for a day of swimming. However once we got there we were pretty disappointed. 1.we were not correctly directed to where we were supposed to go in order to check in so we had to go back and forth up a big hill to figure that out. 2.  At the pool we were promised water bottles with our arrival for free. However we had to walk again down this big hill to go back to the hotel area to ask for our bottles. 3. We found snout in order to order any food we had to once again walk down a big hill to go back to order food and then walk back up the hill to bring the food back to the pool. There was no pool attendant and to pay for a cabana and not get decent service was a big disappointment. Honestly I feel I should get a credit and should be charged for only a day pass because the service was def not cabana style service that I am used to with other resorts. 

Service was not good 

My friend and I were looking for a low-key pool day and found just that at Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. There were quiet a few people (adults and families) there but it was never too loud or bustling. The food and drinks were great too.  We would go again! 

Quiet and Relaxing

Luxe was so welcoming and easy! Kids and I had a fabulous time. We got to enjoy lunch by the pool and swim for hours.
