We received great service, the ambiance is amazing, and the view is beautiful. I do advise to get there early, because it gets busy :)!

Pool has amazing views and good vibes, and we did enjoy our daycation, HOWEVER:
- there was absolutely NOONE checking if you have purchased a resortpass (or if you are a hotel guest).  Literally anyone can walk in and go to the pool for free and you feel extremely stupid for actually having paid.  
- worse is they do not honor if you paid extra for a pool lounger. We paid 50$ each for a guaranteed pool chair and when we got there, all chairs were taken by hotel guests or reserved. When we asked where our chairs are, the staff was completely unaware of the option to pay more to get a reserved chair at the pool and we just kept getting told that hotel guests have priority and that they couldnt do anything. After repeatedly saying that we paid extra to get a chair, they managed to give us one eventually. later on, we met other resortpass guests who ran into the same issue. I recommend not to waste your money on a resortpass here, they do not honor the resortpass rules

Great location 

I called the hotel and they told me that my drinks are included inside my 200$ payment. After I arrived I was told that I needed to pay extra 264$ for a drink tab to continue sitting at my daybed area that I paid 200$ for that was no refundable and that I could not stay even after I paid 200$ for a day bed . This place did not try to accommodate me and really embarrassed me in front of everyone on my birthday! They also banned me from this place after I was accused or starting a tab which I did not I paid cash for my items which was also confirmed by the attendant! Aweful experience 

Horrible Experience 

I wanted to enjoy my day off by the pool and this was a great choice. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The pool was clean and the space was comfortable. I ordered a chick crispy sandwich was delicious but expensive. I think adding some fries to it would have felt like it was worth it but is was literally just the sandwich on a plate. Other that a great experience.

Beautiful location

The Mondrian door people did not honor the reservation. They said they had a private event and the reservations for 9/04 were a mistake. Very curt, rude and unprofessional staff, particularly the woman running the door. We asked to speak to the manager, they said he was busy and he would back them up anyway. I have never received the lack of professionalism and customer satisfaction like I did at this place.

Not worth the money 

Small and cozy pool scene. Perfect temp on a hot day! 
Deck is hot so bring flip flops to the edge of the pool.  Nice staff.
