Amazing service

My husband and I walked in and was helped right away. Check in wasn’t even 5 minutes. We were able to watch the sunset and enjoy the hot tub. It was a perfect day. 

Amazing View 

Check-in was seamless. The pool area was uncrowded (weekday afternoon) and we enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves. Beautiful view, nice pool, very therapeutic hot tub, and comfortable seating. We liked the vending machine for towels where we could use our keycards to get all the dry towels we wanted. Great afternoon!

Beautiful views, great food and beverage service, but the ground around the pool are painted and slippery! I saw three kids slip and fall during my stay. 

Not so much for kids

My wife and I visited here yesterday afternoon and we brought our 3 kids. It was like we had the whole rooftop pool area to ourselves! Check in was a breeze and we were immediately in awe of the gorgeous high end lobby. With 2 jacuzzi’s, a giant pool, basketball 🏀 ,Giant connect 4, Corn hole and a bonfire pit…..There was something for all of us! The best part was the cornered high chair they have that overlooks the entire SanDiego bay! My wife seen that it was empty and we sat on that thing for hours and watched the sun set while the kids tired themselves out in the pool 😂 the restrooms are immaculate and come equipped with showers. All in all we will definitely be returning to this fine establishment very soon! 

Best View in San Diego!

I come here often to use the day room to be able to get some work done quietly without anyone at home to bother me. Also fun to be able to take a quick dip during my breaks and be around tons of great lunch choices.

Overall I come here to work and relax.

Only issue I have is usually during check in. Sometimes it takes a long time due to some issues with how resortpass creates the reservation on their systems. I haven’t been turned down yet but I have experienced checkin that has taken over 20 minutes but that is once in a while.
