Omni Las Colinas Hotel

My friends were visiting from out of town, so I decided to get us a day pass. It was wonderful!!!  Check in was a breeze, parking was validated.  The pool was not crowded, it was clean, water was clean, water was a refreshing temperature and nice music playing. Randy at the bar was great. Food was delicious. Great time had by all! We will definitely be back!  Thanks Omni staff!

Had a blast!

This was our first time using resort pass and definitely will not be our last! We had such a great experience at the Omni LC. 
The bartender/server Randy provided great customer service and made some great drinks! The pool is a great size and lots of seating available so people can spread out. The DJ was a nice touch and the crowd was mature but fun! Perfect for us!

Great anniversary staycation

The pool was a good size compared to most Dallas pools we've tried. Service was atrocious though and we paid for a cabana that is supposed to include service and we paid a 20% service charge and still had to go to the bar to order because the wait staff was mia most of the time. The food was spectacular though. Pretty laid back vibe, older crowd even on a Saturday. Not really sure why there was a DJ the music was the same after he arrived as it was before. All and all we would go back but wouldnt bother with the cabana. Plenty of places to sit. 

Great location 

The pool was very neat and accommodating and the staff was helpful. It turned out to be a great choice for a family with a very young child because he was able to  crawl  around in the shallow end without getting his face underwater.

Awesome day at the pool! The staff at poolside were very friendly and prompt! The smash burger I ordered was by far the best ever!  Very satisfied with the entire experience!  Looking forward to another DAYCATION real soon,

Perfect Day at the Pool

The title says it all: the Omni Las Colinas Hotel is very family friendly, and as an adult, I found the pool area to be obnoxiously loud. I was also sprayed by pool water throughout the day from cannonballs and football tosses. 

We were never asked for proof of our Resort Passes which was disappointing since I paid $120 total for our entrance fee. On a positive note, I enjoyed the music and the pool felt great on a very hot Texas day. 

Family Friendly - NOT for adults!

The bartender, Roxy, was very nice and although got a bit overwhelmed as the day got busier, she was still very friendly.  The prices were reasonable I thought for drinks but the nachos, although tasty, were very difficult to eat because they came in a bowl as opposed to on a plate.  The DJ was pretty good and read the crowd well.  Had a blast with 2 great locals also using resort pass and a wedding party there celebrating! 
Saw two kids the whole day and they weren't very noticeable. Would definitely  go back!

Great experience!

I had such a great time and cannot wait to visit this location again. I self parked in the garage and it was a short walk from it up to the actual hotel. I stopped at the front desk where the young man (cannot recall his name) directed me where to go and instructed me regarding validation of parking. I missed brunch so I came with an appetite. I had such an amazing experience. I sat at the bar when I first arrived, and was greeted and approached promptly. Randy was great from the time I arrived until I left. There was another gentleman who worked the bar also and a 3rd gentleman who brought my food to me poolside. I didn't get their names but they were equally amazing. The food and drinks were delicious! Highly recommend and will return. It was so peaceful, all staff I encountered were great to interact with and I really enjoyed myself.

The staff at the Omni never disappoint. Beyond excellent service, drinks and food are on point as well.  This is my new summer go-to spot!
