Overall good service, nice pool just very small so if busy will have a hard time getting a seat. Seemed a bit pricey for the size 

Good location but small 

This is easily the worst resort pass near downtown Dallas.  This place can't figure out what it's trying to do.  The pool is terrible.  The service is terrible.  The bar is terrible.  The burger is $25.  This place sucks.  We were thinking about staying here for a concert in a few weeks at The Factory.  Stay at the Omni and Uber.

Lol, it was awful

The staff were so friendly from the start. It was a hot day and we were treated very well by the pool.

Great Staff

View was lacking, a lot. So was the size of the pool. The only redeeming thing about the property was the staff and the dining. Great bar/restaurant located inside with a lovely staff. 

Small pool

The biggest problem was that by 3 PM the sun goes behind the hotel and the entire pool area is in the shade, so if you’re looking to get sun, keep this in mind. It was a complete surprise upon my visit.

Great place to staycation, I keep coming back. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the pool area is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Food and drinks are tasty and relatively good value.

Things to keep in mind: poolside bar is only open Th-Sat, pool tends to lose sun in spring by 3:00 pm, later in summer. Get there by noon if you want to get a chair. Calm vibe in the morning but a DJ often plays in the afternoon so if you want quiet all day this might not be the place. Family friendly but I've rarely seen kids there. Hotel is dog friendly but not allowed by the pool (although I've seen staff let it slide). There's a bathroom but no showers.

I keep coming back!

This hotel was a hidden gem, thanks to ResortPass I found this place. The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice and food was great. I enjoyed the the pool, itvwas a great Daycation!

Nice Hotel

Even though I paid the resort fees the previous night, the Kimpton Pittman in Dallas didn't know how to check me and my parents in--it took them 40 minutes. When they finally did, they charged me a $100 deposit--understandable, but they literally said "in case you break anything in the pool." Very unprofessional. There were no towels--I finally found one on a chair. My parents were so frustrated they decided not to swim after all. The previous night I called to confirm the hotel restaurant would be open for lunch; they said it was next to the pool and, although they wouldn't have poolside service, the restaurant would serve lunch. When we arrived they said the restaurant wouldn't open until 5pm. So I was only in the pool 30 minutes so my parents could eat somewhere. And then, surprise, no showers! This place and its staff are not set up to provide a resort experience to non-hotel guests yet. In the end, I paid $97 resort fee (for 3 of us) and $20 for valet parking to swim 30 minutes.

No towels, no showers, no service, no restaurant!
