Good location 

The hotel is very nice and the spa would be relaxing! 

A great experienxe

Front desk was not very welcoming.  It was raining all day so we couldn't use any resort features but we still got charged for them.  housecleaning called my room at 2pm to tell me I had to be out at 3:45 instead of 4.  When I informed the front desk of this they seemed totally indifferent. 

Was okay, didn't feel very welcomed. 

From the valet attendant, to the front desk receptionist, the entire stay and staff were a delight. Looking forward of going back as soon as possible. Keep up the great work. 

Staff was amazing!

This place was amazing from the very beginning. We walked in and we were greeted by amazing staff that offered us coffee. Another really awesome benefit is the pool is heated and they offer complimentary wine from 5pm-6pm. They were super accommodating which also made the experience awesome.

Great experience! 

Had issue with keys not working, Area 31 outdoor dining closed, no complimentary coffee or drinks as advertised. Balcony room was very nice & wifi worked. Better than killing time at airport post-cruise, but $200+ was a bit steep for 5 hours.

Great location, super helpful staff, pristine amenities. Our room was ready early and we took full advantage of the gym, pool, and room before a late night flight out. We loved it so much that we will stay overnight on our next visit. 

Pristine hotel

We got a day room and the room was very nice. Of course, we spent much of our time by the pool! The pool was lovely as was the view. Service for drinks, etc. was great. We also had breakfast at Area 31 which I recommend to start off your day. The only catch is that the hotel charged us a $35 resort fee when we checked out that I did not see mentioned on the Resort Pass website. I just looked again and still don't see this listed. If they are going to charge this, I simply suggest they mention it up front on the resort pass site.  As an aside, I have also done the day room at the Kimpton hotel in FLL and they did not charge the resort fee - so this does not seem to be a policy across all Kimptons. That said, we LOVED this hotel and will go back. I simply offer this in the spirit of being helpful. I'm giving them 5 stars!
