Staff was awesome. From getting checked in, to offering to help in the event the pool remained closed for weather. Nice, courteous, and would definitely go back. Two large pools, not an incredible view, but nice nonetheless. Great location

Amazing staff

Our family spent the day at the JW Marriott pool.  Great view and experience!  The staff was great and so was the food.  Water temp was just right to keep you cool in the hot Florida sun!

Great Pool Cabana Experience 

The amenities are unclear so prior to purchasing we called the hotel directly to confirm that the gym and showers were included in the day pass. We were assured they were so booked. We arrived and were told the showers were not included. Thankfully we remembered who we spoke to and the spa called and confirmed with that person. Since we were given incorrect information we were given access to the showers and were grateful but that type of disconnect should not happen. ResortPass has, so far, been such a great experience but all participants should be on the same page when it comes to the details. 
The service was great when you could find someone (meaning they were friendly) but we were not presented with a bill to review at the end, just told 20% was automatically added. The pool deck was extremely slippery, the grates on the pool deck were very hot and the birds were a nuisance (not more than the lady on loud speakerphone call which should kick her out or the sad insta girls).

The pools are nice. They are not heated. But I liked the double pool. All the food was amazing.

Beautiful Setting and Great Service

When you charge a massive fee for a day pass, you expect amazing everything. I choice a high end hotel because I wanted to splurge for the day.  There was supposed to be servers, there wasn't.  No one came by to take food or drink orders. 
I walked across the pool to order from the bar. The surface surrounding the pool was incredibly slippery and had standing water. 
When I finally got my food, it tasted like cafeteria food from middle school. 
The only things that I enjoyed were the mojito (but it was $30!!!) and the view.

Great location

We have used resort pass quite a few times now. We also have done a day at the JW in AZ and it was amazing! Unfortunately, Tampa needs to take some lessons from AZ. Our cabana in FL was $300 and note that there is a 20% gratuity (another $65 bill) handed to you at the cabana. This would have been absolutely fine if we would have gotten service as promised. Also, to have the $65 mentioned before booking instead of fine print. We arrived and were seated, then given our drinks.. then we never saw a server again. After asking several attendants for help and 45 minutes later she appeared with very little customer relations skills. We ordered and another 30 minutes when she returned she forgot our order. We then cancelled that food as we had eaten most of what she had brought by the time she came back. The pool is nice and clean but gets building shade at 4:30pm, you also cannot start until 11:30am so if you are looking for a long day, keep scrolling. Save your $ and do the day pass here.
