We decided on a day pass at the Iberostar at the last minute and while we got there late, we enjoyed every single minute that we did have!.  The buffet was wonderful!   The swim up bar in the pool as well as the beach front amenities were equally up to par!   I am actually thinking of booking another day pass in a few days!

The customer service was great, the entertainment was on point with game, dance, group competitions and a lot more. Deviy the manager have a great and humble personality, the dancers and DJ short boss on point. The pool and food was good and the front desk, bartender, housekeeper was great.

Excellence customer service

Upon arriving we were made to feel so welcome. After checking in at the front desk by a friendly gal my husband and I made our way to the spa. As soon as we stepped off the elevator we were greeted and given a tour.  We were able to place our belongings in a locker. After using the spa we headed to the pool/ beach area. We located two chairs in the front row by the water. We spent the rest of day enjoying delicious food, great drinks while listening to beach music. Staff members were top notch! The grounds were beautiful! Tip: if you are coming from the cruise ship, it helps to have a party of four or more to receive quick taxi service from the dock.

The staff exceptional,  the hotel nice and clean but the food is terrible. Lots of improvement is needed.

Birthday treat

This was an excellent resort to spend a day.  The three main pools were never crowded, in fact the pool farthest from the beach never had more than 3-4 people in it.  The service at the beach and pool bars was very good and the food at the lunch buffet was excellent.  I would have no problem returning to this resort for an entire vacation.

Great Adult Only All-Inclusive

Wonderful resort. Check in was very easy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself was beautiful and clean. All of the food and drinks were desirable and plentiful. 

Perfect Relaxation 

Wonderful experience! Check in was very easy and seamless. We did the day room and arrived at 9am. The room was not quite ready so we went eat breakfast (which was great). After breakfast the room was ready and we went in to check it out. We had a room facing the pool, stocked with beer and drinks. They also gave us a beach bag with his and her flip flops. The top shelf liquor at the resort was the cherry on top for our entire stay!!! Beautiful resort and you can go to the other two resorts!!!

Amazing hotel! Check-in was seamless. The beach is great, the pool is awesome with a great swim up bar and they also provide entertainment. The resort has beds everywhere so finding one was a breeze. The food was 10/10.  Will definitely consider staying some nights in the future.
