Our pool at our hotel had a leak and they closed it and to top it off the gulf had a double red flag so now no where to swim. Found out they have day passes for the Hyatt so we got it and spent the day there. They give you keys toilet paper have access to the hotel for the day, provide towels and you get 2 beach chairs if you want to use the beach. We loved the lazy river, the pool is big and warm and the hot tub. The employees were super welcoming to us also. Next time we will choose them as our hotel when we visit Panama City Beach instead of the one we stayed at. 

Great pool great people 

Came here because we had 6 hours to kill before our flight. The pool and lazy river were a hit with the kids - staff was super friendly and we even had access to 2 beach pools with our cabana.  With our cabana we also had access to their bar/food, received bottled water and they stored our luggage! My ONLY complaint is that the DJ music was a bit loud for a family friendly pool, but otherwise, great experience!

For the Cabana, the rental was terrible the lights, TV, heat lights, and electrical outlets were not working. We reported it then came apologize for the inconvenience. That's about it then did for service recovery. Wow!!!! 

Hyatt Panama City, Florida

I have lived on these beaches from ft. Walton to pcb for 20 yrs...as my job has taken me traveling I always swim  and need this daycation love it as I swim no need for indoor gyms as swimming is my mental and physical  needs as well as our beautiful beaches thank you ! 

Spa is beautiful

Such a beautiful hotel! The pool is HEATED between 81-85 degrees on cold days! My son loved celebrating his 7th birthday in a pool on February 3rd. You do have to park across the road (in a parking garage) but this is our second time going so we know the drill. 

We love it! 

We had 9 people, from kids to grandparents, and we enjoyed the day at the pool. We rented 2 cabanas and the staff was very accommodating for us. The pool was heated, and the hot tub was great!

Great day for everyone

The description for a beach cabana, priced at $200/day, was definitely NOT worth it. The cabana is not on the beach as described but next to the pool, facing the beach, the roof does not retract as stated, there are no services, the chaise lounges were broken and required us to move in regular chaises for us to use as there was no attendant, and many other guests used the other cabanas to eat in the shade and to walk through the area as a shortcut down to the beach thus highlighting our stupidity for paying this exorbitant price of $200!  Earlier in the week, I rented a similar cabana next to the pool but facing the beach at another hotel in the area for $50 with a lazy river and an attendant as well.  Also, the lazy river option of this pool was so lazy, you didnt move when floating down it. A complete waste of money, especially for the high price. This was the hugest disappointment from resort pass as well as the Hyatt.  

Dont waste your money on a beach cabana

Clean and Tidy Environment. Quality Customer Service. The location was great. The hotel is in front of the beach, and they have a relaxing lazy river Pool. There are plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. I loved it 

Great experience 

I had an amazing time at this location! Great location, nice amenities, staff was friendly and helpful. The bonus to this property was the free beach chairs and umbrella. I need to add that it's very close to Pier Park, I walked there on the beach. I can't say enough good things about this property, I will come back again!
