Check in was very easy. I just told the front desk I booked a ResortPass, showed them my app. My family and I received our wristbands. There are lounge chairs, tables, and an outdoor shower area. There is also a bathroom in the hallway before entering the pool area. 

Straight forward 

We all know how the Bay Area weather gets - one day its 63 degrees and the next days its 93. It just happened to be one of those random hot days the other week so we took advantage of the deal. It's $15 for adults and $10 for kids/teens. We went at 5pm and I was genuinely expecting it to be crowded. To our delight it was just one other person there - who had also purchased the pass. Check in was easy, just go to the front desk with ID and confirmation number. They'll have you sign in and then give you wristbands and keycards. There are plenty of towels for use at the pool and an outside shower to rinse off. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables as well. Definitely worth the $$ spent. 

Exactly As Advertised - Worth the $$

The pool and hot tub were both lovely temps, and the sun was shining bright on the pool deck! Welcoming staff, and great facilities.

It was about 100 degrees today and why not hang out at a pool? Lucky they turned down the hot tub so it was warm but bearable. Not very many people there and close to home. Great customer service too! 

Affordable Pool on a HOT East Bay Day!

My family went to swim at this hotel on a random Sunday. The service was great, the pool was a good size with a hot tub. There were plenty of towels available and an outdoor shower. We would definitely come back again soon

Great spot!

Such a deal for a $15 pass for the day, includes a pool and hot tub and lots of sun. It is a small pool, but had enough chairs for the amount of people there that day. We got a table with an umbrella and brought our snacks and drinks. Great afternoon swim. The front desk staff were also really nice and welcoming.

Perfect for the Price

Exactly as advertised. We had a great swim early afternoon as we were the only swimmers for about 3 hours. The hotel is clean, staff were helpful and we had access to restrooms. The market is stocked like a hotel mini mart so it has some hotel guest essentials, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and a variety of pantry snacks. The space isnt too large which makes it easy to keep track of kids but could get crowded easy with just 5 groups. You can also lightly hear and see glimpses of the freeeway so it doesnt have a super luxe feel. Pool was perfectly heated:) a great amd easy afternoon excursion for a good price.
