This was the third time I've used Resort Pass, the second time I've purchased a cabana at the Hyatt Centric over a 3 day weekend. The pool, drinks & food were all good. My friends & I enjoyed our time there.
I am leaving this review as a warning, however, to check your billing if you visit the pool here. We were careful to split our food/ drink check 4 ways. The total bill was around $350, split 4 ways we ended up with about $90pp. We left a cash tip. Several of us work in the hospitality industry and are careful to tip generously to reflect on good service. About a week after our visit, I saw that the full $350 was charged to my checking account that I had booked the reservation with. I contacted my friends who were initially charged and then the charge was refunded, so I had to have them Venmo/Zelle the money back to me.
It's been a total nuisance and pain in the butt. After this experience, not sure that I'd go back to the Hyatt Centric again.

Overall we had a relaxing experience. Pool was smaller than I anticipated. Great views.

Off season leaves something to be desired. There's no poolside service for food and beverages which is disappointing, but additionally their lobby bar and market is the only other option and it closes from 1-4 p.m. which is prime pool time.

If I'm going to spend $50 for a day pass and can't bring in my own food or drinks, they need to make those things readily available. 

It was 90 degrees on October 7th and the pool was packed on a Friday... there's no reason they shouldn't have had poolside service. 

Just meh...

They really need to open the poolside bar during the of season. 

Always great...

Compared to other Resort Pass locations in the OC, this place was ok at best. The cabana we rented was a little dilapidated. The service was not great and you are better off ordering food from downstairs than ordering from the limited menu by the pool. There is also a $16 parking fee, to park at lot nearby since there is none available with the hotel.  

It was ok

Perfect place for a solo date  , outing with friends or a family get together! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be going again.

The pool was perfect for us and the service from Richard was top notch!
