The hotel was nice however, the staff seem to be bored and unbothered. The pool was not heated. Expected better music . 

Average Experience 

The pool area was so cute! The bar was nice. You get two free drinks during happy hour. The happy hour menu was great. 6 piece wings and fries for $10. The rooms were nice and modern. There was a weird smell in the hallways but overall it was okay.  

Great location, reasonable parking options, nice!!

Overall everything about my Day Room experience at Hotel Ziggy was very good.  Easy check-in, room was available when I arrived. Very clean.  The only criticism I have is that both the first floor landing outside the elevator and the room itself had an "off" odor, almost like wet dog.

Great Value & Location

Needed to book a place last minute for a few hours and saw promising photos of Hotel Ziggy. Check-in was easy, and the manager at the front was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and ready when I arrived, and the patio/pool area is very nice. They also have a margarita happy hour at the bar in the lobby.

The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The pool itself is nice. Wish it was heated. The vibe was chill. Food and bathrooms are on the 3rd floor and the pool is on the first. That didn't bother me too much. Food/drinks are expensive but to be expected. I would visit again. Be aware that if you want sun, theres a small window of sun between 11-3 because of the buildings.

Favorite Staycation 

My first time using the app and visiting the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and checkin was easy. Most of the pool furniture belongs to the guest rooms that surround the pool, there were 4 sofas and 4 loungers for other pool users. The pool is on the 1st floor and reception, restrooms and the bar are situated on the 3rd floor. The tiles that surrounded the pool were filthy and greasy, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and the water was a little murky. Probably wouldn't go back. 

Great location, dirty pool

The place is so cute and we were really excited about it. But we went on a Saturday there was no DJ was there .. bummer  BUT Most importantly We thought since we were a paying for a DAY room we would get a room with direct access to the pool and that was not the case. The manager was quick to tell us that they are not obligated to give us a room off the pool and stuck us in another room that didn't have direct access. We complained and nothing came out of it . So don't be fooled like us. You WILL NOT get a room with direct access if you have purchased a day room pass.
